Hands down, my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in. My review might be a little biased since I spent two amazing years here, but honestly, it was incredible. During that time, I lived in two different units & both were completely unique, and I loved waking up to the natural sun every single day. The residents here are the sweetest. Everyone is so friendly, and it made being part of the community even better. If you’re looking to make friends, it’s incredibly easy. This property honestly feels like my personality in physical form; it has a unique industrial student housing style with so much character. If you want something brand new and shiny, this isn't it, but if you're all about historic charm, high ceilings, and amazing natural light, this is the spot. I just moved to a new city and wish I could take this community with me. Every unit is different, but you can truly make any of them feel like home if you’ve got a vision and some imagination. If you ever need anything, just ask the front office. They genuinely have your best interest at heart. LOVE YOU, LL Sams!

If you ever have the chance to experience being a resident and Sams Lofts you are both blessed and fortunate. This unique space is unlike any other here in Waco. A true loft experience. The units speak for themselves. The staff. Madison, Xavier, and Clara give top drawer resident service and are genuinely kind and hard working. Haven’t met maintenance yet because I haven’t had to call them. My place was perfect when I moved in. I am so glad I chose SAMS

Lived at LL Sams since October, and my husband and I love it! The historic charm, the management, and the community are unbeatable- I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. If you're looking for something different and unique in Waco, this is the place for you. :)

I’ve had a great experience with LL Sams Historic Lofts so far. The property itself has a really unique character you don’t find in most apartment complexes — the historic feel combined with updated interiors makes it stand out right away. The layout and design feel intentional, and the overall atmosphere is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. What really made the experience top-tier though was working with Xavier, the Marketing Director. He was extremely helpful, professional, and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. He answered every question I had, was very transparent, and genuinely made me feel comfortable and taken care of. You can tell he actually cares about the residents and takes pride in the property. If you’re looking for something a little different than the typical apartment setup, with great management to match, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out.

I’ve lived at LL Sams for a while now, and honestly, the place wouldn’t be the same without the staff. The apartments are solid, but it’s Xavier, Madison, and TK that make it feel like more than just a spot to crash. They’re young, fun, and actually make coming into the office something you don’t dread (which is saying a lot for apartment offices). Xavier’s the guy that somehow remembers everything, Madison is the one who keeps the energy light and fun, and TK just has that vibe where you know stuff’s gonna get handled. Together, they make the place run smooth without making it feel stiff or corporate. If you’re looking for luxury five-star living with valet parking and a butler, this isn’t it. But if you want a good apartment with a staff that actually makes life here enjoyable, LL Sams is a pretty solid choice.
