Hands down, my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in. My review might be a little biased since I spent two amazing years here, but honestly, it was incredible. During that time, I lived in two different units & both were completely unique, and I loved waking up to the natural sun every single day. The residents here are the sweetest. Everyone is so friendly, and it made being part of the community even better. If you’re looking to make friends, it’s incredibly easy. This property honestly feels like my personality in physical form; it has a unique industrial student housing style with so much character. If you want something brand new and shiny, this isn't it, but if you're all about historic charm, high ceilings, and amazing natural light, this is the spot. I just moved to a new city and wish I could take this community with me. Every unit is different, but you can truly make any of them feel like home if you’ve got a vision and some imagination. If you ever need anything, just ask the front office. They genuinely have your best interest at heart. LOVE YOU, LL Sams!

If you ever have the chance to experience being a resident and Sams Lofts you are both blessed and fortunate. This unique space is unlike any other here in Waco. A true loft experience. The units speak for themselves. The staff. Madison, Xavier, and Clara give top drawer resident service and are genuinely kind and hard working. Haven’t met maintenance yet because I haven’t had to call them. My place was perfect when I moved in. I am so glad I chose SAMS

Lived at LL Sams since October, and my husband and I love it! The historic charm, the management, and the community are unbeatable- I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. If you're looking for something different and unique in Waco, this is the place for you. :)

LL Sams is so cool to live at and the community is so inviting. The apartments are all unique no one is alike which makes me feel like its actually my space. The office is super nice and quick to fix problems and maintenance is super fast to fix any issues in my apartment.

I truly love living at this apartment complex. The team here goes above and beyond to take care of residents, and it really shows in everyday life. The rooms are some of the best I’ve seen, and being in a pet friendly community makes it even better. Xavier and Madison are hands down the best property managers. They are always helpful, responsive, and genuinely care about everyone who lives here. On top of that, they constantly go the extra mile by providing free snacks, drinks, and even food for residents, which creates such a welcoming and fun environment. Maintenance is available 24/7 and always gets things handled quickly, which gives a lot of peace of mind. The rates are also very reasonable, and they are willing to work with people, which makes a huge difference. Overall, this place feels like more than just an apartment, it feels like a community. I highly recommend living here.
