Domain at Waco Apartments, waco-tx

I lived at Domain for 4 years and it has always been a reliable student living apartment. The maintenance and staff are friendly and reliable. They were also willing to help me in any difficult situations I had going on with my apartment. They made a great effort to be involved with their residents and always have a welcoming face. I really liked how communicative the staff was about any issues that arise with their complex, whether it dealt with their shuttle service or amenities. I’ve made some great memories here and I hope others can do the same!

Great place to live, close to campus, friendly staff, and nice amenities especially the pool. They also have some fun resident events and giveaways. Definitely one of the nicest options for student, 100% recommend!

Advertised is not as delivered. Community spaces are frequently in disrepair. Lights, grills, A/C, toilets clogged - Smell lingers down the hall. Safety and security is quality. The rest is ignored. As a paying parent, visiting our kid with Grandparents, we’re embarrassed. Please STOP ignoring the amenities you advertise. Photos not shared due to permanent eye damage.

I lived here for over a year and I have to say it’s such a great place. Maintenance is super fast and extremely efficient, very personable, and reliable. You hear horror stories about maintenance workers and apartments and for the maintenance alone you should rent here. Our fan was creaking a little bit for over a week I placed a low to medium priority request they had it done within 12 hours.
