Clarks Landing Apartments, vermillion-sd

My experience so far has been great. My flatmates are very awesome people and they have assisted me in integrating well. I have also met other international students living at the heights and its a very friendly atmosphere here.

The Heights has been the best place I have lived on campus! The atmosphere is top tier & management is super cool!! The study rooms are also awesome as well!! The apartments are already furnished & the amenities are up to date!! If your a junior/senior, I definitely recommend :)

I currently live at the heights and I love it. They always plan so many great events for their residents and truly care about their residents needs and wants, always listening for input. It’s an awesome experience with spotless clean rooms, awesome workout room, chill sky deck and modern pool courtyard, the heights offers the optimal place for a college student to live at. I recommend if you’re a student and are looking for a place to live, you take advantage of the great deals the heights offers.

I am I student attending USD and the heights was a great choice for living. The staff is very helpful with moving in and any issues you have while living there. They have great amenities like their pool and gym. They also have lots of planned activities and events almost every week.

I moved in beginning of June of 2023! The management was amazing with accommodations and did amazing with communicating with me! They answered any and all questions I had. Since then, they have continued to show that they truly care about their residents! I love the access to the pool, the workout room, and the security of the building! It is truly worth the price! 10/10 would recommend!
