Do you have questions about your lease? Do you need help with your apartment? Is there an Avenger’s level threat? Just want to talk? Aaron is your guy. He was patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Excellent customer service is hard to come by, and Aaron definitely deserves recognition. Thanks for making this part of the moving process so easy. I hope the rest of my apartment experience is as great as this phone call!

I just wanted to leave a review for Ula at The Linc Apartments because she has honestly been amazing this whole year. From the very beginning of the leasing process all the way through move-in and everything after, she was always so kind patient and helpful. She made everything feel way less stressful and was always quick to answer questions or explain anything I didn’t understand. You can tell she really cares about the residents and wants things to go smoothly for everyone. Anytime I needed help she was welcoming supportive and super professional but still very easy to talk to which made a big difference. She never made me feel like just another tenant. The whole experience at The Linc was better because of her and I’m really grateful for how much effort she puts into her job. Thank you Ula for being so helpful all year and making the process such a positive experience.

Had an awful day where I stayed overtime for work and left my keys. The leasing office was closing very soon and the doors were locked by that time. I was panicking and one of the representatives, Elijah, assisted me very quickly and gave me a water bottle due to the hot weather. He was very kind and assisted me in a hurry. I definitely hope to live here again because of the amazing staff members alone.

They cancelled my lease 2 months prior to my move in because they “oversold”. I was left to figure out a new lease on my own. I feel like the least they could’ve done was transfer my lease or give me a discounted offer in a new two bed unit elsewhere in their sister property. It felt like they dropped our legal agreement and took no responsibility in helping me secure a new spot.

I had a really great and positive experience interacting with the people at Linc! The office at Linc was very nice and organized. Additionally, the environment felt very welcoming and I felt comfortable interacting with everyone. Ashley, Nicholas, and Angie were really supportive and are absolutely the best! I highly recommend Linc for anyone that is looking for housing and a new place to call home!! -Vincent Nguyen
