I had such a positive experience because of Ula! From my very first inquiry, she was incredibly kind, patient and attentive. She went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed, even offering a FaceTime tour to give me a comprehensive view of the property. Her diligence is commendable. She checked in constantly to ensure all paperwork was filed correctly and that I felt supported at every step. It is rare to encounter someone so genuinely invested in the establishment and the people she assists. Ula is a wonderful asset to this team! For anyone seeking stellar service amidst the stress of finding a new home, I highly recommend this place!

I just wanted to leave a review for Ula at The Linc Apartments because she has honestly been amazing this whole year. From the very beginning of the leasing process all the way through move-in and everything after, she was always so kind patient and helpful. She made everything feel way less stressful and was always quick to answer questions or explain anything I didn’t understand. You can tell she really cares about the residents and wants things to go smoothly for everyone. Anytime I needed help she was welcoming supportive and super professional but still very easy to talk to which made a big difference. She never made me feel like just another tenant. The whole experience at The Linc was better because of her and I’m really grateful for how much effort she puts into her job. Thank you Ula for being so helpful all year and making the process such a positive experience.

Wanted to be able to use the pool area as it was listed on our event schedule it would be open today. Went to see if it was, the pool is green and had so many bugs. Property management could be better.

I am extremely disappointed with the ongoing pest issues in this apartment. The unit is heavily infested with pill bugs, which also attract centipedes. On a daily basis, I encounter and have to remove multiple bugs from my apartment. Maintenance has visited and treated the unit for pests on two separate occasions, but the problem has not improved. Despite these efforts, the infestation continues, making it difficult to feel comfortable here. It is unacceptable to be paying nearly $700 per month for an apartment with persistent pest issues that remain unresolved. If management were able to effectively address the infestation, the property would be much more enjoyable to live in. Unfortunately, until then, I cannot recommend living here and am counting down the days until my lease ends.

The new property management company is terrible! They literally fired all the girls in the office that HELPED them transition to owning the property and hired all men(but kept the 2 maintenance men). I’m actually really irritated with this and can’t wait until my lease is up! That is truly disgusting and shows that they have no integrity whatsoever. It gives narcissistic masculinity and I genuinely want to throw up.
