Capstone Quarters is a godsend in a town full of mid apartments charging astronomical prices. No I don't want to pay $1000 for a room just because it is right next to the Psychology building. And while there aren't a ton of boba places nearby, the hottest restaurant in town, Maple & Yolk, is located just around the corner. Open every day at 6:30 AM (7 on Sundays), it seems like a great place to start your mornings on a high note.

Living in this apartment has been an absolute joy. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the cleanliness, thoughtful layout, and high quality finishes throughout the space. The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly; they truly go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. The amenities are top notch: the fitness center is always well maintained, the community spaces are inviting, and the location is unbeatable with easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport. Whether it’s the quiet atmosphere, the sense of community among neighbors, or just the comfort of coming back to a space that feels truly mine, capstone quarters checks every box. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

It is a great apartment with spacious rooms and very new condition. The officers are very kind, nice, effective and any problem happens in the apartment can be solved very fast.I had wonderful experience of living here for two years.I do recommend it!

I enjoyed living here. It was quiet and the office ladies were nice. Maintenance was very responsive to requests. Only thing I would note: pay attention to what is being taken out of your security deposit when you move out.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the staff — especially Jen and Tiffanie. They are incredibly kind, helpful, and always go the extra mile to make sure residents feel at home. Whether it’s handling maintenance requests quickly or simply greeting you with a smile, they make the whole place feel welcoming. Highly recommend!
