From the very first interaction, she set the standard for what excellent customer service should look like. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about residents. Today I had the best tour with Nolan, (who deserves a raise😉!) where I was given very useful insight about the community, amenities, and more. Thanks to his extensive detail, precision, and efficiency, I am narrowing my apartment search and hope to find a home at the Preserves.
