I would not recommend living here. The apartment was decent enough, but management’s move-out billing is ridiculous. Even though I cleaned the unit thoroughly, I was charged a massive amount for no reason. Save yourself the headache and avoid the stress of dealing with their move-out fees.

Can’t give enough praise to this team, traveled in from out of state with son to tour and am blown away by the professionalism and friendliness of this team. Love the pool area, may have to visit for the hammocks lol

I’ve had a really great experience with the maintenance team at The Preserve at Tuscaloosa. They’ve responded quickly and handled the issue in a very efficient and professional manner. It’s reassuring to know that maintenance concerns are taken seriously and resolved in a timely way. I really appreciate how responsive and reliable the team is.

*WARNING* PARENTS-RENTERS Do not lease here for any reason. The staff is scamming parents and students with frivolous move out charges totaling $700. Management has not responded to our dispute. However, the initial email showed a “spot” on the blinds and an air conditioning unit filter that needed to be changed. For that they charged $700 as a damages fee. They are now threatening my child with sending the bill to collections if we do not “pay”. STAY AWAY!!!
