DO NOT LIVE HERE. I had a very disappointing experience living here. The staff came across as rude, unhelpful, and uninterested in actually assisting people. Communication was poor, and it felt like no one really cared about resolving concerns or making the experience better. I had no cabinets for my whole lease term and no one cared and needed my medical that was meant to be mailed and said “ask usps we don’t deal with that” even though they deal with mail. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and ignored by the terrible human property management. I would not recommend this place at all.

I moved here almost a year ago, it's okay as far as student housing goes. The location is great (close to campus, on the Riverwalk and next to a coffee shop). But the digital locks are unreliable and sometimes lock people out, and the surrounding area can be very noisy. Management is usually good about handling maintenance issues quickly, but they aren't always super considerate of residents in the process. Student housing in general kinda sucks unfortunately. Edit: not the AI response 💀

I wish I could give 0. Looking forward to move from this place. *Edit 211/Room C. You can check again. Current resident. The assistants in the office… I am not sure they might be worse than how they are, I guess the worst in the world? Especially the lady in the middle table.. They do not only know nothing but also mislead the residents. I guess the company pay them only to sit there, for their existence? Always like pictures. First one is from today.

Absolutely do not live here. We have not had working wi-fi for 2 months as of writing this, despite reaching out to them numerous times. They will rip you off on electricity, we're paying $300 for our entire unit a month. The rent is overpriced for how messed up the insides are, which I'm sure I'll be charged for. The leasing office is incredibly lazy and cares more about hosting stupid events than addressing real problems. The electronic door lock system is the most horrendous thing I've ever dealt with. The only thing this place has going for it is the location. The amenities are pretty bad for how expensive the place is, the pool is dirty and always smells funky. The weight room is in rough condition and incredibly small. Overall, just an awful place to live if you value your money in any way.

If you are thinking about living here, don’t. When we toured these apartments, they showed us a beautiful and clean model room and it seemed like a dream to live here. Throughout the summer, the managers confirmed to us multiple times that we would have the room we requested (balcony, river view). On move in day, our unit was so filthy that we could not even move in. First of all, our front entrance is right next to a disgusting giant dumpster that smells terrible. Upon entering our unit, it smelled like weed and cigarette smoke. Along with that, the doors were not even fully painted and there was a hole in the floor that management refused to fix. My bedroom itself was filthy. There was thick layers of dust on everything in the bedroom, the baseboards were disgusting, there were several holes in the wall, mold in my bathroom, the shower floor had black stains, and the bathroom mirror was falling off of the wall. This is not even all of the issues. The cabinets in my bathroom were also all scratched up and dirty. One of my roommates didn’t even have any furniture in her room when we arrived, only a chair. Our living room sofas were completely ripped up. Our washing machine was also filthy, and our pantry had some kind of sticky substance everywhere. Our sink is broken, our oven is broken, our dishwasher has bugs in it, there were dead roaches everywhere. Management sent a cleaning crew up and we did not even get to move in until 24 hours after the original move in date. Even after the cleaners came, we still had to deep clean ourselves as the unit was still disgusting. Along with this, we are paying an extra fee per month for a special “river view” which we did not even get. You can only slightly see the river from our room. The managers even told us that the view was not considered a river view, and that they would remove the fee (they didn’t). We were also told that we would have a balcony as my roommate has a dog, but then we were not given one. Since having moved in, we filed many maintenance requests for things that were broken (ex. my bathroom mirror). It took them over a week to come and fix the mirror, and they marked the maintenance request as complete without even coming yet. We also have complained many times about roaches throughout our unit. Since we moved in, there have been roaches everywhere and there are more and more by the day (both dead and alive). Management said that they sent pest control, but pest control never came. We have been trying to have these bugs exterminated ever since we moved in, and today we had to go buy a sprayer and spray the bugs ourselves. Please listen when I say DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! The management here does not care about you or your problems, and will just ignore any complaints given to them.
