YES! Jaiden made my entire leasing experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. She was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and making sure I felt confident every step of the way. What stood out the most was her communication—she stayed on top of everything and kept me updated without me having to chase her down. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the right place, but Jaiden definitely does. I highly recommend working with her if you want a seamless and positive experience!

I had a really great tour experience today at Magnolia Apartments with MK. She was welcoming, patient, and very knowledgeable about the property. She took the time to walk me through the 4 bed / 4 bath floor plan and made sure l understood all the details of the space, which really helped me feel more confident about the community. MK was also very kind and easy to talk to, and she answered all of my questions without rushing me. Overall, she made the tour feel comfortable and informative, and I really appreciated her professionalism and friendliness. A nice highlight of the visit was being given a Magnolia T-Shirt at the end of the tour.

I had a really good experience working with Jaiden at Magnolia . She helped me get my apartment and made the whole process way easier and less stressful than I expected. From the start, she was super nice, easy to talk to, and always quick to answer any questions I had. She stayed on top of everything and kept me in the loop, which I really appreciated. It never felt like I was just another person she made sure everything went smoothly for me. I’m really grateful for her help and would definitely recommend asking for Jaiden if you’re looking to move into Magnolia .

I have loved living here for the 1.5 years I have so far! They have great amenities, nice apartments, I have had no issues with maintenance as they come very fast and are very respectful. They have events weekly/ monthly and a food truck every Friday. My friends at more expensive apartments are in awe when I tell them about the events being hosted! The staff is nice, although hard to get in touch with at times over the phone, but I have no issues when I go to the office (if I ever really need to, which I haven’t). I wish all of the gates worked, though, but they have tried to fix them multiple times, so there is effort there to fix them! Overall, I’d recommend living here for a student who is willing to drive a short drive to get to school. They have a bus, but I have only used it once and it was a great experience!

I really wanted to like this apartment, but every time I think "it's not that bad" it is in fact that bad. My roommates and I have seen bugs (roaches) in our apartment, to the point I think there's an infestation somewhere. We've told the office and put in multiple work orders for extermination, but we're still seeing bugs at least once a week. My roommate has been in person to the office before and she was basically talking to a brick wall. It would've been more effective trying to reason with the roaches. We're at the point where we're trying to buy our own stuff to get rid of the bugs, but nothing seems to be working right now. I've also had people come in my room while I'm am not decent to do room checks, and instead of coming back at a later time, they decided it was okay to conduct their business while I am indecent. It is not okay, and I don't understand how anyone could think it is. The only positive thing is that the rooms are pretty big compared to other student housing and the front office is fine when it comes to immediate matters such as finding mail. Update 1: My roommates are still seeing roaches and now we have a new phorid fly problem. I have put in maintenance requests and I am waiting for them to be filled.
