Lark Tuscaloosa, tuscaloosa-al

I've had a great time living here with very few issues, but I have to give one star because as of today, they have started paid parking for visitors. It isn't an absurd amount, but I was sold on living here on the basis that there was a massive abundance of parking so that you could have guests over. I like having movie nights with my friends and this new policy has out of nowhere made that an impossibility for virtually no reason. Additionally, they informed us all via email the day they started towing. Great place to live if you have no friends.

Lark is awesome! The staff and enmities are great. I have friends that live here and I visit often and have been well taken care of each time. In particular one staff member, I believe her name is Niyah, she is very knowledgeable and a great conversationalist! I follow the Instagram and often participate in giveaways but win nothing bc I don’t live here😭 but great apartments nonetheless.

Lark is such a great place to live with an amazing staff and maintenance team. Everyone is always so sweet and welcoming when you walk in the door! Niyah is one of the employees here and she has always been so nice to everyone that has ever walked into Lark, even guests. They also have a great social media team, and their posts are always entertaining!!

I have had a positive experience living here. The pool is great and they have a nice gym. The front desk staff is always friendly. I feel like this is a great apartment for college students on a budget.

worst place to live ever. they had constant wifi issues which is a problem for studying and school work, the hallways smelled so bad it was embarrassing to bring guests over, my water came cold in the shower, the kitchen was mold infested, the staff never greeted me and weren’t very friendly. the only good things were the pool and gym but there are only two treadmills and one of them was usually broken. also the parking is extremely far and they implemented guests paying to park which is ridiculous to do in the middle of the year and inconsiderate of their residents. actually one of the worst places to live!!!!
