Very friendly and accommodating staff!! Always ready to answer questions or provide helpful information. The location is perfect for true involvement in Tuscaloosa life, especially for college students who want to be close to campus! My son and I had a wonderful and helpful experience when touring apartments. Highly recommend to any involved students!

The HERE does not care about OUR kids ! Our daughter and her roommates have moved out but we still pay rent until end of summer. It is furnished and she left her bedding for her 18 year old brother to use when he came for bama bound. year old son . He had the key fob on his car keys and accidentally locked them in the room. When he discovered this He called the “lock out number” during the night and the girl would not bother to make any calls or take a call from our daughter. Instead he was told they couldn’t do anything about it. Sorry wait around until 9:00 in morning.He had to Find a place to stay -he knows no one in this town, HE WAS HOMELESS all night long. He was able to walk right into the supposedly locked study rooms and lay in there to Stay safe. They were not locked although I confirmed with manager this morning they absolutely should be. When I spoke with manager this morning they still won’t unlock it until they reach all the roommates by email -again, THEY HAVE MOVED OUT and they can Obviously tell that by checking in the apartment or their files. I find this interesting since they can Rent out rooms to strangers and no one has any input but now the strangers/other roommates must be notified, even after they have moved out , that one of their roommates that hadn’t moved out is trying to let their family member in. I am on this lease as a co signer as well. What it comes down to is that they didn’t want to mess with it over night and when I called to complain they are trying to make it extra painful to get into the room. They don’t care about our kids! They chose to let him be on the street overnight rather than trying to help !

I have absolutely adored living at HERE Tuscaloosa this past year. I plan to resign for the next two years. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents’ needs. The location is also a huge plus — convenient to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, which makes daily life so much easier. The amenities are well kept, and the overall atmosphere in the building is friendly and respectful. I would definitely recommend this building to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live. It truly feels like home!

I have two boys who live here, and based on their experience so far, they’ve really enjoyed it—especially the location, which is super convenient to campus and everything around Tuscaloosa. We recently had an issue come up, and I just wanted to say how much we appreciate the way management handled it. They were understanding, fair, and willing to work with us to find a reasonable resolution. It’s clear they care about their residents and are willing to listen when concerns are brought to them respectfully. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience—we truly appreciate it.

I recently toured this community while comparing several housing options in the area, and it's definitely one of the best I've seen so far. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and answered all of my questions. It made a great first impression, and I'd definitely recommend checking it out!
