There is drug dealer who lives in the first building who is constantly making deals which leads to many of unknown people at the location and a lot of loitering and constant weed smell. They charge a $25 fee because I left my trash bag behind the trash doors. I asked about it and they told me I need to open to trash can and place it in there even thought the top lid and side door were closed and there were other trash bags all around the dumpster so I could not get in. My apartment continually smelled like weed because of my neighbors smoking and they were aware and never did anything about it. There is a bunch of loitering in the parking lot at all times of the day by people who do not even reside there. Every time I went outside, at least one person was smoking weed on the stairs.

Do not consider staying at Blue House if you are looking for amenities because there aren’t any on site. They also do not take into consideration residents having friends or guests over. Guest parking passes are not provided, and you are not allowed to email them a tag number for your visitor. Instead, they will tow your guest’s car immediately, which is extremely insensitive. This has been a recurring concern for many residents, yet nothing has been changed. BE AWARE before choosing to live here.

Blue Haus is beyond subpar for the price of the apartment. They force you to use their furniture because it is too inconvenient for them to move it. The furniture they provide is extremely cheap, and the material of the couches tears just from sitting on it. Blue Haus will then force you to buy them a new couch. For the majority of my time as a resident, they failed to fix a broken sink. Then, they tried to charge me for the broken sink in their typical fashion. Management is prolonged to respond if they ever do. They also fail to address any of the issues on the property. Other reviews have mentioned illegal activity and dirty facilities, and they are correct. Before they inevitably respond to this with some passive-aggressive comment about how we should report these things, we have and do. Lastly, listen to these reviews and save yourself time, money, and stress from dealing with such poor quality. There is a good reason they do not have anywhere near a five-star rating.

So I’ve been living here since 2022 I would just like to say since starting nursing school I have had to work part time so I always pay rent in full but sometimes just sometimes … my little part time check falls a day after the 5th which is the extended day you can be late ; and I just want to thank the leasing office and leasing manager sometimes for waiving the late fees I don’t want to make a habit of being behind so sometimes I do pay them just to show good faith but being a full time college student it’s just so nice and kind of them to help me out from time to time when they can , also haven’t had any trash fees on my account in almost two months so I wish everyone would stop ! you guys need to make sure your bags is in the trash and they won’t fine you they just want to keep the property CLEAN. I promise ! also I take them elsewhere if the trash is overfilled to avoid a trash fine . ( let’s use our brains )! this apartment is in the most safest part of town and also so convenient being located by midtown . overall my stay here is 10:10 I have recommended many of my friends to stay here . they also keep up with landscaping and cleanliness I love that they have ppl here twice a week to do that ! just wanted to leave something positive . Thanks guys for making my stay comfortable.

I was looking to live alone and had found this apartment at a good price, everything went downhill when I moved in. First my unit was infested with fleas when I moved in and I did a better job fumigating than maintenance did as I watched them come in and spray one spot on my living room rug and one spray in my bathroom (the fleas had multiplied and spread across the house at that point). I have gotten at least $200 dollars in trash fines for trash that I "left out" with no picture evidence or reasoning. My car has been towed twice since I have been living here and I had to argue with management to be reimbursed ( I was never given a parking pass or mailbox key when I moved in and was almost made to pay for both). I also feel for people who have animals, as the courtyard is disgusting, riddled with animal feces, sparse grass, and dead branches that dangle from the trees above the cars? The mother and daughter that own(?) Opperate(?)this building are also very rude, my mother had called one day to ask about some kind of maintenance and whoever was on the phone was very tightlipped, abrasive, and unprofessional. I hope management can turn things around soon... half of the residents have sent mass email to one another discussing the pitiful state that these apartments are headed towards.
