I love my apartment ! The whole staff is so great and helpful. I love my space and they made it look so nice. It’s very co Venice for me to get anywhere in town: ( I absolutely love the location! ) Perfect area and awesome price. Happy 😊

This has to be one of the worst places to live in Tuscaloosa. You’re paying rent for you and the rats/mice. Rent increases every year with no updates or improvements being made to the units. There is dog poop and trash everywhere. Stephanie the manager allows known disabled vehicles to remain on the property. There are people with multiple vehicles taking up spaces when the lease clearly states one parking spot per licensed household member. I’ve reached out to Ms. Barlow on multiple occasions with no response from her only to find out she’s not respond to continue protecting her friend Stephanie. Go find another property not Sealy definitely not Bent Tree apartments. I love Duckworth Morris I lived in their properties for 10 years with no problems EVER!

The staff in the front office was kind and expedition in seeing that everything was done before my move in date. Kennedy did an excellent job. I hope they will continue to support my needs in the near future. I would love to be apart of there staff in rendering major activities, relocating of any things they need during a weekly basic. Had to utilize the maintenance staff on a situations I had in the apartment. They completed the task on a timely manner. The only exception is that I have spent out of pocket money in buying roach control liquid to control the insects I have identified in my apartment. I should not have to purchase items from Lowes nor Home Depot to control insects in the apartment.

I’ve been living at Bent Tree for the last five months. I have never seen an apartment, management, or environment this bad in my life. Living in the apartment is difficult because of the strong smell of marijuana. The rat problem is unbearable. Whenever I walk on the floor, it makes noise and feels like the floor might break and I could fall through. They did not properly renovate the apartment at all. Almost all the appliances are rusted. The bathroom was extremely dirty when I moved in. Even after reporting everything, they have taken no proper action. I am just waiting for the lease to end. And whenever a complaint is made, they play the emotional card by saying, “we are all human.”
