I’ve recently ended my lease at the vista after 4 years. At first glance it seems like a great opportunity for students since it’s right across the street from the school, but it comes with a lot of issues; from change of management and overall maintenance of the building. One of the biggest issues I saw on my last year there was that it is no longer “ just for students “ you have no control on who your roommate will be or if they will be students. I’ve seen a lot of people come and go from the Vista , and I have seen the bogus charges they try to charge people after moving out. It came to no surprise when it came time for me to finally move and then to be sent a charge of 275 with no detail to what it was pertaining, I reached out and have had no reply since August . They sent an email saying they will not get back to people until mid September. I left my apartment clean , and even have photos the support this . It seems hypocritical for them to want the rooms left in perfect condition when the whole building is pull of pee stains in the hallways. Horrible experience overall .

Do yourself a favor. DO NOT RENT here. They do not care about you. Or anything with the building they just want money. They sent me to collections but didn’t answer or email me back. Saying I owe more than 3k when I returned the keys and left earlier my apartments clean.

Very nice apartments and helpful staff. Andrew helped me find the right floor plan that worked for me and also was able to give me a tour of the place. Very friendly, nice place and clean. Cool amenities too

I've lived here for 5 years, I've been a resident since it opened. I try my best to provide an objective review. The prices here are definitely attractive (I don't think there is any competition nearby). The rent includes almost everything (water, electricity, all necessary furniture in the room, wired/wireless internet, gym and swimming pool in common areas). In most cases, repair service can respond and solve within a relatively short time. Occasional disconnection of the network connection occurs from time to time. This can be crazy if you're in the middle of a game or in an online meeting. The network service provider is Spectrum Community. The overall landscape environment of the community is very good. It must be mentioned that each resident has different living habits and personal styles. You may live in the same unit as someone you feel uncomfortable with. This can happen and usually you can coordinate your concerns with the office. The staff in the office are very friendly! There are often various activities in the community, which is a good opportunity to make friends! Nowhere is absolutely perfect, but this is the option worth considering.

Lived here for four years. Only had a pleasant experience for two. Just moved out. Living here is a very risky roll of the dice. If you get good roommates it's fine. If you don't, management won't do anything. They'll let you live with someone repeatedly violating the lease (not cleaning, doing drugs, having their partner or friends living with you) and they will only ever issue a once a month fine in response. They'll never respond to your calls or emails. And honestly, good luck ever having a maintenance request fulfilled. Half the time a repair person will stop by, leave the parts necessary for the repair in your unit, but then leave without fixing anything. Like that solves the issue... If you ever have all of your roommates move out to where you have a unit to yourself, they'll force you to move. Even if it's the middle of the school year. Even if it's midterms/finals week. They'll give you a three-day notice. No help. No rent reduction.
