This is the biggest scam I ever have in my life. When I signed the lease, it includes liability insurance and pay this insurance every month on time. However, I receive email every month said that I violated insurance requirements and needed to pay violation fee. I tried to report this issues to the office every month, the office manager says it was Liability insurance, which posted by the end of every month but in the first day of new month, there is another liability insurance posted on my portal. In April, I reported the issue again and the office manager told me it just another liabilities insurance and they will reach back to me but never (photos attached). Not mention their AC doesn’t work as good as they said, you have to turn the AC in your living or your bath room off to have enough air for your bedroom, its so warm that my coconut oil has never been solid. Please make sure you’re having a portable AC for yourself because your room is over 80 degree most of the time. Their water also has issues very frequently as well. There is absolutely no light in your room so you have to get yourself one too.

I’ve been living here since August, and I’m really happy with my decision to choose this apartment community. The managers and leasing office staff are incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Whenever I submit a request, they take care of it as soon as possible. The location is also a big plus — it’s very close to the university, which makes daily life much easier. Considering the price and the quality of service, I think it’s a great value overall. I’m truly glad I chose to live here and would definitely recommend it to others!

Please think again if you want to live here. I moved in in May, and through whole summer, the AC went off 3 times, there is one weekend, the maintainance accidentally turn AC to a heater, and if you ask me if they have after hour maintenance; they do have at that time and they said:"There is nothing we can do about it since AC is not emergencies".It was when the outside was 100 and it is still much cooler than my apartment. You think that's all; not yet, whenever you call emergency maintenance, they tried their best not to support you because they can come the next working day. Not mention about their working hours, it's the most malificient thing you can ever find. It shows everywhere that they are open from 9 to 5 but when you need them at 3:45, they have closed their office. You need help, it's not available here so if you want to find a home, RUN

Terrible place to live at, management sucks, environment sucks, ac always randomly turns off. Paid too much money for nothing. I lived here 2 years ago and seeing the new reviews recently shows me how much this place hasn’t changed, how funny.

I want to give this place 0 star but it’s not possible so I am gonna go with 1. This place is “amazing”, please consider this place if you have a personal AC or you can handle heat really well. They always care about their residents, especially people have to stay during holidays or breaks. They decide to turn off your AC during Thanksgiving because it is so cold in the complex that they feel freezing in their office, where they turn on their AC at 60 F. Your only choice to keep your room cool is open the window, and deal with punch of other issues like smell of weed, trash and so much other things but if you keep your window close, you’re having a free saunas whole day. They tried their best to make you feel home and able to use all electricity, that you pay a fixed cost every month of almost $100. And the rumor that they will turn off your AC in the summer, that’s so true. Lovely place
