The U at Park is an amazing place to live. The community is clean, well-maintained, and gated, which provides an added sense of security. Rafael Pelayo, the property manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. His genuine care and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. It's clear that he understands the importance of excellent customer service, and his dedication made my experience a great one. I highly recommend The U at Park to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed community.

Great 6-month stay! The building is well-maintained, and management handles any issues promptly. Rafael and the staff are helpful and responsible. The area is safe, highly walkable, and perfect for commuting -- Fry's is 0.5 miles away, the university is 0.7 miles away, and a bus stop is right outside. Plus, parking is excellent. Recommend!

I have been staying here since August 2023 and stayed till April 2025. My stay has been great very only some very minor issues. Terence has been the guy who looks after the maintenance work and he has been exceptional every time. The new manager Rafael has been very kind and respectful always. He is quick to escalate any issues if there is any and has been very supportive all through out. The manager and the team is very good. I recommend you stay at this property.
