The Mark at Tucson, tucson-az

I had a wonderful experience with The Mark. They have incredible staff that are kind and welcoming from the start, and the overall environment of the apartments is high energy and inclusive. The amenities offered at The Mark are top notch, they’re well kept, well used, and enjoyed by all the residents. Also, the roof top pool is the perfect spot to grill, relax, and enjoy the sunset with friends. Lastly, The Mark has remarkable prices compared to many others student housing complexes especially considering all they offer. I can’t express enough how highly I recommend leasing with The Mark.

The Mark Tucson is a fantastic place to live! The community is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with great amenities that make everyday life comfortable and convenient. The staff is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about residents. The location is also a big plus close to everything you need and you can literally walk to UofA. Overall, it’s a great place.

A friend of mine's car was stolen from the parking garage. There's supposed to be a working gate that has been functional maybe 2 days out of the past year. There's security occasionally at night in front of the gate, but clearly not enough to protect vehicles for a garage we PAY to park in. Also, a lot of the doors going into the building can just be opened without a key fob. Safety is low here. Be aware!!!

The building is in terrible condition and they do not clean more than once per month, the elevators and hallways always have spills that haven’t been cleaned. The leasing office is passive aggressive and does not repair the building or keep the amenities working, I have lived at the mark for the past two school years and not once has the hot tub been heated. Also during my time here the parking garage has been broken more often than it work and the office takes months to fix it each time. This building is also not secure and the few door that do have locks only need a light tug for them to open, and the gate around the building does not even have latches. The leasing office will also give your key out without verifying any information that you are a resident or checking an id. Please think twice before living here!

One of my good friends currently lives here and I'm always impressed everytime I come to visit so I took a tour, the pool is beautiful, the gym and clubhouse are very nice and I love the modern style of the apartments. I just signed my lease and I'm really excited to move in this Fall!
