I lived here for 3 years, and i did enjoy it. Cons- 1. The cable machine in the gym has been broken for a month. 2. The elevator has been broken for 2 weeks (they fixed it). 3. The parking garage/stairs/garbage area are gross. They need to powerwash everything. Also, sometimes the garbage area would overflow but hasnt happened in a while. 4. Picking up packages at the front desk is not ideal. They should have lockers, less likely to lose packages and can pick them up right away instead of waiting for them to register them. 5. Pool is kinda small, only like 10 chairs to tan on. Its a nice pool tho just small 6. The water pressure sucks Pros- 1. The gym is actually pretty nice and not crowded. Other than one of the cable machines being broken, its great and you can make hella gains if you embrace the GTL lifestyle. 2. They were quick to respond to maintenenance requests 3. The bbq works really well 4. There is a sweet lady that literally does everything, cleans everything she deserves a raise fr 5. They do events with food and such. One time had a open bar, that was divine. 6. My apartment faced the pool, and so it was very quiet. Cant say the same for other apartments, not sure. 7. The inside of the apartments are fairly modern 8. All the employees/front desk workers are chill. Overall i would recommend it. Biggest con of all was they raised our rent each year, but if you can get in for cheap I recommend.

I’ve lived here for 2 years. If you are planning to stay here from Fall 2026, here’s what you need to know: 1. Things break constantly, be ready to wait because staff is incompetent and slow to respond: - No hot shower multiple times, and the fix takes days to a week. Because HVAC is the only thing that’s considered an emergency here, they won’t fix anything as fast as you’d expect, and reminding them doesn’t help. Keep in mind this applies to everything. - HVAC broke and the unit got too cold. First fix didn’t do anything. When I reached out, staff kept dismissing my concern, stating that it was actually working. They eventually fixed it when I created a new request and marked emergency. - Elevator broke at least 2-3 times, the main elevator, and the fix takes 2 weeks minimum. This was very inconvenient. - Their Wi-Fi speeds suck right now. They switched their Wi-Fi and later one day after a technician came in, suddenly my 200 Mbps speed dropped to 5 Mbps, which has been extremely frustrating. It’s been a whole week and I’ve heard no response. Again, this is not an emergency so they won’t fix it soon. Even though I had a new system and rely on everything for Wi-Fi, they just made excuses. Given most residents don’t stay during the summer, it makes more sense to fix a broken wifi than installing the new ones, but they never prioritize. If it’s improved, I’ll definitely update this to reflect. - Ice maker broke and maintenance wrongly marked it as done. Again, took about a month for the fix when I re created a maintenance issue. - If a gym equipment breaks, expect the fix 1 month or so later. - Wanted something cleaned up only maintenance could do, but staff said if I had someone sign a lease only then they’d have maintenance do it. I mean, she could’ve said no but it felt like they were prioritizing leasing over maintenance. Don’t get me wrong, they have fixed some issues very fast, 1/2 days. I understand things break, given this is an old apartment and that the fix takes time. But absolute essentials like hot shower and Wi-Fi should be prioritized and fixed as soon as possible. 2. If you care about cleanliness: This is definitely far away from the cleanest apartment I’ve seen in Tucson. Hallways are mostly never cleaned, trash is constantly piled up but they do take care of it, and cigarettes just lying in stairs sucks. They probably only care about the entrance where new visitors come in. 3. Tiny issues: - Shower pressure too low. - The chair that comes with your desk is absolutely terrible. If you do real work on a desk, you’d have to buy your own. 4. Switching to positive side of things: - My room is pretty good. No issues tbh. Can’t say the same for other rooms though. - Living room is decent, works for the price. - The gate at the back is sometimes red and sometimes green. Very confusing when I use it constantly and one random day it just doesn’t open. 5. Security: - It’s not hard for someone to stand outside your apartment door. All they need is to get into one of the entry points. This is very different from a few other apartments that make it so secure where each person has to verify in the elevator and still they can access their floor only. - I had my bicycle stolen a long time ago and have been through so many getting stolen. - I noticed one of the car exits being open, because it broke, constantly throughout the past year which is a major security risk. Unfortunately, most of these things will continue to happen given this is an old apartment, and the staff doesn’t take poor reviews like this seriously. If the same was a 5-star review, I would have received a thank you. Things like this could be minor but when things start breaking constantly, you may regret choosing this place. Overall, this is not a place I’d recommend if you hate things breaking constantly and value peace of mind.

Anaissa made the leasing process incredibly smooth and stress-free. She was friendly, responsive, and truly listened to what I needed. Her professionalism and genuine care set her apart. I highly recommend working with her!

The management of this apartment complex is terrible. The elevator has been broken for multiple months, and when I was given my apartment it was in a state of disrepair with broken doors that could not be locked. Additionally, the apartment was extremely dirty and unkempt. The hallways are also depressing and feel like a prison, filled with trash, bugs, and spider webs everywhere. Despite multiple confirmations that I would be placed in an apartment with my friends, the management failed to deliver on this promise. Overall, I would not recommend this complex to anyone due to the lack of attention to maintenance, poor communication from management, and the overall dirty and unkempt conditions of the complex.

This places is amazing to live at. The staff here are so caring and welcoming. I enjoy when they put together community party’s to bring everyone together. The complex is so clear and organized. They are always giving out prizes and free swag to the community and people on campus. I have two leasing agents that I enjoy seeing every day (Tian and Anaissa). They bring joy and professionalism to this building. Keep up the great work. 😊
