We’ve had the pleasure of working with Stonewood Apartments for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s been a great experience. Alicia, the manager who oversees the complex, is incredibly efficient and attentive. She does a fantastic job of keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring that our needs are always met. Our company has several units here, and the care and attention we receive are always top-notch. The maintenance team is quick to respond whenever we need anything, which is such a relief knowing that any issues will be handled promptly and professionally. We’re really grateful to be working with AZ 1st Realty Management. They’ve been wonderful to work with, providing excellent service and a stress-free living environment. Highly recommend Stonewood Apartments for anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed community!

Horrible unresponsive management. Don’t move here. Awful. Blaring music in the parking lot 24/7. Not safe for children. Or adults for that matter. Low quality tenants. ***edit. They have NOT responded to months of my emails, but immediately to a bad review. Ha!

It's has been a wonderful experience here with Marcos. My move in, had been smooth. Thank you Marcos!! I love this community and the fact that it is gated is a great plus. I love my new place and plan to stay to stay a whileh tyou Marcos for the transition

Just got denied with them saying it was "something in the background" but can't tell us. I guess they never heard of the freedom of information act. Now we only have 2 or 3 days left in the hotel we are currently in and will be on the streets. I have heard of property managers taking applications and denying people so they can continue collecting on application fees 🤔... PROVE ME WRONG. BET YA CAN'T -- not to my satisfaction

This place is a scam and Marcos is awful and didn’t disclose that there was someone already taking the apt we had inquired about. He told us to apply online knowing it would be a waste of 49 dollars each. Find a better complex because this one is crooked.
