I think that this apartment has great potential to be the best luxury apartment complex. However, the staff needs to be knowledgeable about all things. Right now we hear a lot of we Don't Know. It's gonna take some time. We're not sure, there needs to be accountability and someone that has the answers. It seems that the office doesn't know what happens here after hours. Because they don't live on the property, they don't know why certain things aren't working such as the projector in the theater, the hot tub is not hot and as cold as the pool, the lights on the court are not on after the sun goes down, I want to. Or when they'll be fixed, it seems facilities and the office.Don't communicate with one another or if they do.They're not sharing the status update with us. Tenets also need to be held accountable for trashing the property. There has been many times where I go to the trash cans, and there's overflowing trash cans with bags all over the side and thrown up in trees next to the trash cans. Also, trash on the pathways. Tenets need to be held accountable for their children and the mess and damage that they're causing. And if the tenants need to be fined For causing expense to the apartment complex so be it. If they are causing consistent damage and not fixing the issues, then they should be removed from the community. Camera should be installed around the property to capture some of these things that are going on after hours. There are many children that are unattended and have no adult with them. While they're in the pool or basketball court or tennis court or volleyball court, which is fine right after school or the weekends. But have seen some children out as late as 11 or 12 o'clock at night without a parent wandering the apartment complex this is concerning all the amenities you say you have should be working and available all year round. There should never be a time where I'm told. Sorry, it's not working. And we don't know when it's going to be working. The response should be.We were made aware that it was broken and have a work order in to get it fixed and working by x date. If after that date you see its not working, please let us know. Then, it's up to the apartment complex to have enough maintenance staff to follow through with the dates. That have been given by the office or the vendor that's going to fix it.

Don't live here unless you want to pay double what the apartment is actually worth. The 1bed is listed as a bedroom, it's actually a half-wall studio that's extremely overpriced for the floor size. My apartment was listed as upgraded... I have no clue what makes it upgraded, they literally painted over the natural wood on the cabinets and it looks terrible. I was not allowed to tour before signing my lease (which is on me but is odd). My floors were not installed correctly and the floor is wavy making it hard to get furniture to sit level. There were glass shards all over my apartment and patio when I moved in. The paint is peeling off the walls and my sink leaks even after it's been "fixed" which has caused mold and unfixable wood damage. They have painted over every single surface.. the bathtub? Painted. The sink? Painted. The classic landlord special! The counters weren't installed correctly because they creak if you even just touch them. The kitchen sink bends when you use it because of how cheap it is. There is this weird yellow residue that melts off the walls and no matter how much you clean it, it always comes back. Washer and dryer are both broken but only the washer got replaced. The dryer actually leaks some sticky fluid now. The gate is always stuck open, causing hit and runs and unwanted people breaking into cars. The pool is always closed with no explanation. I've had my weatherstripping on my door replaced and since it's been replaced there's been snakes and mice in my second story apartment but pest control claims they can't spray. The one time they did spray, they sprayed my furniture and towels and didn't do anything about the damage. The entire complex is roach infested, I kill at least 3/day. The office says they'll fix things but they don't. The property is listed as a non-smoking, non-marijuana complex... don't believe that for one second, and if you try to complain about it they'll just attempt to transfer you into another apartment that also smells like marijuana. They don't know their own lease agreement, and if there's health concerns they also don't care. They don't answer the phones, and I'm honestly just fed up. This place is literally hell and I'd advise you stay away. BTW the assistant manager is rude and she wasted my time. If she would've treated me better and actually helped solve the problem rather than punishing me as the victim in the situation, I would've considered resigning my lease. The only two people who have readily listened to my frustrations and have done as much as they can to help are the two front office girls. They have met me with sincerity and I thank them for that after all that has happened in this terrible complex.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I’ve lived here less than 24 hours and already feel completely deceived. The unit I moved into is nothing like the model apartment I was shown during the tour. From the start, things were shady. The price advertised online didn’t match the final lease offer. The apartment I applied for was marked as available, but it wasn’t ready, so I couldn’t even see the actual unit until 30 minutes before signing the lease. By then, I had already spent everything on application fees, the deposit, and furniture — and had no choice but to move forward. I can say without hesitation: this place is a complete scam. The unit is disgusting and poorly maintained. There are holes and bad patch jobs on every door, layered dirt and fingerprints everywhere — blinds, floors, light fixtures. The cabinet doors hang crooked and won’t close, and the washer/dryer are ancient (the dryer looks like it’s from the 90s). There was a puddle of water behind the washer, which is a huge concern for mold. The bathroom sinks were literally painted with a roller, and it wasn’t even the right paint — it’s still not dry 12 hours later. The dishwasher racks are rusted, and the refrigerator shelf is broken. There’s visible water damage under the bathroom sinks, which was just painted over instead of repaired. The front door is out of code, with a gap so large I had to stuff foam in it for safety until someone comes to fix it. The closet mirrors won’t close due to protruding nails, and the warped door is bowing dangerously close to shattering. The carpet is super thin, the vents are filthy, and the ceiling fans are yellow with grime and have mismatched light bulbs — including one from a Christmas light strand. We were promised a renovated model with the same features as the model unit — just with black appliances instead of stainless steel. That promise was a lie. This is not luxury living — it’s a bait-and-switch. The only positive was the front office ladies, who were very friendly and helpful (shout out to Nichole). But unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for being misled into signing a lease for a rundown, dirty, unsafe apartment. I will be sharing this experience with local influencers and media outlets so others don’t fall for the same trap.

Writing a review to offset @Stephanie Balliet's review. Stephanie only took a tour of the apartment complex, so I'm not sure why she feels qualified to review it. My guess is that management encourages it, which already puts them at the bottom of the totem pole. Anyway, that's about it. I'd deem this review more important than Stephanie's given that I wasn't coerced into giving false information to the public.
