Upscale apartment complex for University of Arizona students. The complex amenities are like 5 star resort - rooftop pool, health club , and more. Apartments are standard and nothing special but teh building is top notch. Also, very expensive, approx $1400 per person per month.

I love the amenities here at the Malibu especially the fact that they have private study rooms just like the U Of A library! The 2 story gym is also amazing that is 24 hours. Just as a bonus the staff is always friendly they always got your back! The ambience in the lobby is lovely too! If you are looking for a place definitely sign here!

Living at the Malibu Apartments has been an amazing experience and comfortable living. The easy access to amazing amenities like the Pool and Gym are really great. The convenience to walk to campus is very easy and the staff always is greeting me with a smile!

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making every interaction a positive experience. Packages always arrive safely and never get lost, which is such a relief. Overall, a great place to live with no issues at all!

I love living here, the rent is more affordable than any other apartment on campus. I am in a studio and it was very homey. Staff are very responsive and maintenance is excellent!
