Love Cottages! Highly recommend if your a student looking for off campus housing! They have great amenities and staff/maintenance are great. Looking forward to my third year living at Cottages!

I’ve been living at The Cottages for two years now, and as I head into my junior year, I’m excited to be renewing my lease again. I genuinely love The Cottages not just because of the amazing amenities, but because of the incredible community and staff. Everyone is always so welcoming, friendly, and willing to help. No matter how big or small my question is, someone always has an answer. The maintenance team is outstanding and responds incredibly quickly whenever anything is needed. The amenities and resident events truly set The Cottages apart. From giveaways and pool parties to bingo nights and Finals Week events packed with treats and goodies, there’s always something fun happening. The staff goes above and beyond to make residents feel appreciated and at home. If you’re looking for more than just a place to live, if you want a real community, a safe and welcoming environment, opportunities to make friends, and a place that truly feels like home throughout your college years, I can’t recommend The Cottages enough. It has been such an important part of my college experience, and I’m grateful to call it home.

I love the cottages! It is the best housing at the university of Arizona. They host so many events and take great care of their residents. Truly the best spot ever.

I love the Cottages at Tucson!! It is a great place for U of A students to relax and make friends. The apartments are safe and have amazing amenities. The staff also is very welcoming and helpful. These apartments are perfect because all of the great things they offer like free transportation, a pool, virtual golf, studying spaces, and amazing landscapes.

Do not move here. There’s flies and roaches all over my room. I told the front office about the problem and they told me that I have to wait until Friday for pest control to come in and resolve the issues. So now I have to suffer and have flies all over my pillow case and my bed because they decided I should suffer until it’s convenient for them to have pest control come in!
