My son moved to these apartments thanks to the attention he received from Andres Castillo. He helped us with all the necessary information, answered all our questions, and even helped him get a great offer to move. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with everything he needs. The pool is amazing, and there are plenty of washers and dryers. Everything is perfect for my son to live comfortably while he studies. Thank you so much, Andres, for your excellent service.

My son is staying at these apartments and I sleep well knowing he is there. They are clean, affordable, and safe. Andres, Calvin, and Brenda were amazing and super helpful with the leasing process. The amenities are very nice and convenient. My son loves the short walk to the University. The maintenance staff are also very helpful and fix things with a good reasonable amount of time. I would recommend this place to anyone that is coming from out of town and needs a good place for housing.

Affordable housing on a college budget. Safe location and friendly staff. With that said, it needs some updating. The hallways and stairs are gross. They could use regular pressure washing. My daughter’s apartment had a leak in the bathroom from an upstairs apartment and they did an ok job with the repair to the ceiling. But it looks unfinished. A couple of the drawers in the kitchen have never worked properly and sit on an angle. The current management seems to be trying to update the facility and I know that takes time.

Honestly, coming from dorms, this place is great for a student at UOFA, because it’s close, cheap and the apartments are very good quality. The staff is great, especially Andres helped tremendously. 100% recommended the place even if you’re not a student.

I honestly love this place! I moved in this year, i’ve had the best living experience with these apartments. The staff is amazing, welcoming and genuinely cares about their tenants. They’re always surprising us with free goodies and treats down at the office!! so cute! The apartments are clean, Iv NEVER encountered bugs or roaches, the grounds are beautifully kept… and the pool is sweeeeeet, shaded during the afternoon and open 24/7!!!! also the community is gated so as a female living so close to down town, i feel extra safe in my home
