Strange. Firstly it was pretty clear that my apartment wasn't like the others and still sold to me 1. My mailbox was not given a label like the other mailboxes. This resulted in repeated missing mail and packages. I had to print my own sticker at work to use. More often than not my mail got lost and I had to contact the local USPS for it. 2. Concept pictures are misleading. If you see the pictures it may seem like all the rooms are of equal size but they are not. I paid equal rent for a significantly smaller sized room. 3. I was unaware that my room would be sharing a wall with the Gym. This was very loud and inconvenient, at all hours I could hear conversations or the shaking from the treadmill. The walls would Literally shake with the force of the treadmill or other things. You can imagine the sound of slamming weights down in a thin room like that when you have class in the morning. 4. Shortly after I began living here I had a banking issue where my account number was being used for charges from Tucson waste management. The only places where I had put that account # was my workplace I'd been at for a year prior and here. The timing felt odd. The people in the office are definitely nice people and do what they can to help but it's a world of inconveniences that is beyond them.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to Stephanie, the Leasing Consultant, for her professionalism, assistance, and the invaluable information she provided during our tour of Campus Apartments. She was knowledgeable, welcoming, and took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly. I would also like to thank Riki, the Marketing Manager, for her support and assistance during our second visit to the property. Both Stephanie and Riki made our experience very positive and enjoyable. Their dedication to excellent customer service is truly appreciated.

Do not consider living here, the staff is never available, their office is always closed, they always you the excuse that they are understaffed but do not hire new staff. They will not do maintenance requests within a timely manner and preach triage to you. My closet light was out for 3 weeks after they did other electrical work in my room and they would not come to fix it claiming it was not as important, "fire, flood, blood" electrical problems do create fires. There were roaches in my apartment that they would not help me get rid of, the bug guy would come and complain that they would come every 2 weeks. THEY KICKED US OUT with 14 day notice for renovations to be fully moved out during finals and graduation weeks. It is absolutely not worth the proximity to the school for how bad an experience you will get.

Do NOT consider living here. If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. I have loved here for 3 years and have absolutely NOTHING good to say about it. Front office is either closed or always changing their hours, laundry room always has broken machines or are all down, takes forever for things to get fixed, the AC units suck, pool is always gross or broken... I can go on and on. Please, if you don't listen to any other review, listen to mine, DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have lived here 3 years and they have raised the rent every year. You have to pay for a parking pass on top of rent as well?? Just for them to tow you in a lot that is not even half full. please, I am begging you, do not live here if you are thinking about. You will get screwed over as a student.

A honest comment from some who was worried about the negative comments of this place. The staff are eager to help you. For now, living in this apartments is quite calm and enjoyable place. It is in a centric location from the UofA, supermarkets, restaurants and the medical center. Of course, nothing is perfect but it fair enough for what you pay.
