Everyone at Campus Crossings made me feel super welcome and accommodated. The apartments are nice and affordable. I have lived here on two different occasions. Their property management staff is kind and helpful, the facilities are clean, and it is a very well-run, realistic, relaxing, clean living experience. I have been impressed so far and feel settled. Thanks staff! Especially Marco, Jayden, and Janelle.

Please trust the reviews this place is absolutely horrible from management to nasty apartments. Theft is on a whole nother level at this place like I've never seen before literally cars are broken into or full blown stolen. They also will forcibly inspect your apartment it doesn't matter if you're cold asleep they will walk in on you. They do this regularly and they'll give you some sort of timetable that's like a week to 2 weeks at any point in time they can walk in. This place really needs to be shut down. DO NOT LIVE HERE I PROMISE YOU THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS

I did enjoy living here overall. It fit my needs for being on my own for the first time. They were highly communicative with emails for giving warnings, updates, and announcements for events (though I did find the emails concerning lease renewals to be tedious with how long they went on for). They have excellent amenities that provide options for maintaining yourself (gym, fitness center, the pool, and hot tub). Their technology room is great; however, they did change mid-year the policy concerning printing (which is you have to bring your own paper) and did not announce that, which was not helpful for a college student counting on that. The did not change rent rates at all while I was there and they covered all of your amenities except electric (which is through TEP). Parking permits are straightforward and they have a clear guess-policy concerning parking. It was a nice and quiet community, as I only recall one or two nights of being disturbed by sounds from other residents out of my entire year-stay. The provided internet is excellent, though could be a bit funky at night when everyone is on it at once (delayed text messages is all I experienced occasionally). I personally did not utilize the shuttle from the apartments to the U of A; however, with the emails, I will warn anyone that needs that to have a back-up plan as the main emails were able shuttle delays or being out of order every so often (there are nearby bus stops at PCC and near the Greasewood and Anklam intersection). (I had been in one of the 4-bedroom apartments).

Marco provided me an excellent tour of the apartments and amenities. Very professional and friendly. I am excited to continue my educational journey and living on this student friendly location. Highly recommended.

Edit: Full experience after moving out. I've lived here for 3 years. The good: Nice pool, gated complex, great views (depending on your specific apartment), covered parking available, garbage cans right outside each building, quick maintenance, (usually) friendly staff, apartment was in okay condition upon move-in. The bad: Pool frequently closed due to the not-so-smart college students who live here, main gate FREQUENTLY break, side gate has been broken for months with no attempt to fix, staff doesn't allow the gates to be opened for visitors, not enough visitor parking, usually difficult to get cars towed out of your spot, garbage cans are spilled nearly every day because they don't know how to build a fence to keep out javelinas, they're charging me for blinds that were worn out (they were old when I moved in) and refuse to listen to me, hallways are disgusting and never cleaned, roommate and I had to call security and police over 10 times before my downstairs neighbors decided to turn their music down (staff told me they take action after 5 complaints but this is clearly not the case), I've seen one of the managers being very rude to people over the phone and in person, we were promised an upgrade each year we stayed and received nothing, VERY overpriced compared to my new apartment (new one is bigger, the complex is nicer, staff is more professional, it's in a much nicer part of town, and it's several hundred dollars cheaper per month). Side note: This apartment has offered free internet since I moved in. A couple months ago, they announced gigabit internet upgrades. Great right? Turns out the gigabit speed is divided among each apartment. I was seeing a max of 20gbps vs about 15gbps before the "upgrade." The new network also rendered my private network and expensive Nighthawk router 100% useless. Google Homes and Chromecasts also do not work on the new network. If you value your privacy and freedom on the internet, I would stay away from Campus Crossings for this reason alone. Go somewhere that lets you choose your own provider. Verdict: Overall, it's not the worst place to live. I may have made it seem that way, but I'm being honest and I know there are some terrible complexes out there. It looks nice from far away and in pictures, but upon a closer inspection the buildings are old and the whole complex is not kept clean at all. If you're considering living here, do more research. It definitely feels like they don't care about you, especially after this negative move out experience. There are better apartments out there for similar pricing or less; I would not recommend that anyone live here. I'm happy to be moving out. I hope this lengthy review can help some people make a decision!
