I loved living at aspire! The two years I was apart of this community were the best. Great amenities, the units are spacious and up to date, and the staff has always been helpful with any issues we ever came across. They truly value your time spent in aspire. Sarah Anne especially was always assisting my roommates and I and was always kind to us.

I have had an excellent time living at Aspire! One of the best things Aspire has to offer is the excellent front desk management. Sarah-Anne in particular goes above and beyond, always having a huge smile on her face when people walk in. Sarah-Anne is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help residents with any questions or concerns. She consistently creates a welcoming environment and cares about making everyone feel at home. Her positive attitude and dedication make a big difference in the community, and Aspire is lucky to have her. I truly appreciate everything she does!

I lived at Aspire for 3 years, and truly the best 3 years of my life! The staff and maintenance crew were always so on top of things. Sarah Anne would help me always with questions, Henry was also amazing! If I can recommend anything to students it’s to live at Aspire!

Don’t walk, RUN away from this nightmare!!! Living at Aspire Tucson was a constant cycle of problems, delays, and ignored complaints. My apartment window suddenly shattered, and emergency maintenance took more than five hours to respond and let me know the windows are defective and that happens. I was then told it could take around six months to replace. I also dealt with repeated internet outages, leaking and rattling vents that woke me up, and a transfer unit that smelled horrible and was not properly prepared before I moved in (and had an abundance of maintenance issues). Management made nearly every issue harder than it needed to be. My emails about moving parking spaces after my car was repeatedly damaged went unanswered for weeks. The gym was advertised to me as being open 24/7, but it closed every night at 11 p.m. My key fob also regularly failed to unlock the main entrance in the evening, leaving me searching for another way into the building. The problems never seemed to end, and many returned even after being reported. Between the broken window, unreliable internet, poor maintenance, access issues, dirty conditions, and lack of communication, living here was stressful and exhausting. I would strongly warn anyone considering Aspire Tucson to look elsewhere before signing a lease. It surely ruined my time at the University of Arizona.

I can 100% say do not sign a lease here. Aspire will penny pinch you at every opportunity. They are incredibly dishonest about the experience you will be having as a resident when they show you a model apartment. The apartment I moved into looked nothing like the one I was shown when touring. It was not up to par in terms of cleanliness (namely the kitchen which was caked in grease and the bathrooms which had rust and grime) and there were layers of paint caking the corners of the walls, despite having chips and patches all over the common space. The worst instance of living here was that when I signed my lease I was told that I was signing for the second master bedroom yet when I moved in I had the smallest room of the four. The building chalked it up to the floor plan being incorrect and did nothing to fix my rent and which was the highest of my roommates. Throughout the year I was unable to get in touch with management by call or email. Upon moving out I was charged cleaning and painting fees (normal wear and tear) and I highly doubt the apartment will be in any different condition for the next resident. Save your money.
