I’ve had a great experience at Ari. Hunter really listened carefully to what I was looking for, specifically a balcony and a high-floor unit, and delivered exactly that. One of my favorite things about living f here is the convenience. Having access to so many nearby spots and being within walking distance to the Cathedral makes the location feel both vibrant and practical. The area also feels safe, which makes it great for jogging. The onsite amenities are another huge plus, but especially the gym and sauna, which have become part of my routine. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and appreciate how smoothly Hunter handled my expedited request and made the leasing process easy.

i have lived here for 2 years now and it’s been a great experience! the apartment itself is amazing and the amenities really make it stand out like the pool, study rooms, gym, spa room, and much more! i also love living downtown next to so many shops and places it eat, it has made every day life so much more convenient!

Ari on Fourth was the highlight of my college experience! My apartment was super spacious, and nothing could beat this gorgeous view. They host so many resident events, which gives you a chance to meet your neighbors & new friends. The pool area is insanely nice and the maintenance team keeps up the community areas very well. They are also very quick on responding to maintenance requests. The leasing office staff is very friendly and welcoming, and they make the process for everything so simple. Shoutout to Rylee and Liana for going above and beyond, helping make my move out process so easy for me. I highly recommend living & creating the best memories here! 🏙️ 🤍

Jesse from Maintenance and Venus, the Property Manager, were both outstanding to work with. Jesse was prompt, knowledgeable, and took care of maintenance issues efficiently while clearly communicating what was needed and why. His attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. Venus was equally impressive—organized, responsive, and proactive throughout the entire process. She stayed on top of scheduling, kept communication clear, and made sure everything moved smoothly from start to finish. Her management and follow-through made a big difference.

The place I’m currently living in offers a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Everything is exceptionally clean, from the common areas to the smallest details inside the apartment, which makes the space feel well-maintained and organized. The facilities are modern and fully equipped, meeting all daily living needs with ease. What stands out most is that all the appliances and furniture are still very new and function perfectly, giving the feeling of living in a fresh, brand-new environment. Overall, it’s an ideal place for anyone who values cleanliness, convenience, and high-quality living.
