very bad apartment. All the windows and apartments itself is really old. a slight rain would makw your apartment flooded plus they wont fix it too Told them multiple times but they dont care. Some important appliances got broken few months ago and they jist said we will replace it but it took them 4 months at the end they said they wont replace it but fix it . Guess what happened it broke down again. They took another 4 months to fix it now its working for now but idk till when. Plus they wouldn’t reimburse the damage cause by it as well. However they will call you each day to clear the penny due in your account like literally a damn penny. Again the best part of this apartment is the trash management and security youll often get a chance to see a homeless guy in the dumster waving at you and throwing trash in the parking but the security doesn’t care the manager doesn’t seem to care. There is just 2 laundry machines which wont work every another week however the dryer gets soo hot that itll damage your clothes and 4 machine (2washwr&2dryer) they think thats enough for all of the residents. This really is a trash plave to live. Consider your life choices before choosing this apartment.

Not worth it; never got security deposit or pet deposit even though I left my unit A LOT cleaner than when I got it and the property manager at the time said I was definitely getting my deposits back… UPDATE: Ive tried to get in contact with the main company that owns all these properties (Eucalyptus Real estate) and even though they said they’d help they have pretty much been ignoring my emails so if you are still looking to rent somewhere I would avoid all Eucalyptus properties; very shady company unfortunately.

The company that owns this place owns a majority of Topeka apartments. They however do not out any of the money they make into their properties. All of them are in disrepair and I suspect records aren’t being kept properly

Sam is the best manager here. She gets everything done as quick as possible! Over all, I'm blessed to have her working here!

When trying to relocate to Kansas we have been talking with a lot of companies and did many showings over the last week. This business informed us there were available openings in an apartment complex that was under construction. After a couple weeks of calling with no response and not receiving the emails we were promised, we finally got a hold of the lady again. Her response after all this time is that in the weeks that she had left us no response she was renting out the units to other residents without as much as a curtisy call.
