Campus View Apartments Toledo, toledo-oh

I lived here for one year as I moved away from Toledo. But I enjoyed stay here. It's so convenient, so close to the university. Just 5 mins walk to the lab I worked. Clean and calm. Diane was very responsible (I don't know whether she is still there). Maintenance was very good. Bob was an allrounder. He was always there and fixed anything. Actually no disappointments living here. If I go there again. I will definitely stay here. Unfortunately I don't have photos. But I think you can believe my recommendation.

Great place to stay. For a University of Toledo student especially. The rent is a little expensive but nothing really impossible. The service is great. Repairs are quite fast. One thing we had to face continuously that one of our stoves never worked for the two years we lived there. We got it fixed twice but within a few days it stops working. Other than that its a nice and safe place to live beside the campus.

Lived for 6 years in the same unit. Would highly recommend to anybody. We'd have stayed here for a decade more if everything stayed the same and we didn't have to move because of our jobs. 1. Rent is slightly more than the two other nearby complexes but, it is well worth the extra $100-200 (max.) per month but way cheaper than other expensive units which are farther from UToledo central campus. 2. Had extremely minor issues crop up at times but, the management is fantastic to say the least. After 3 years the bathtub had a mold problem and leaking - management changed it within 2 weeks with just a 2-day working timeline. Given our extended stay here, some things were upgraded over the years like closet doors and heating units and usually these were well communicated ahead of time and completed in 3-5 days. All minor issues like a leaky faucet to clogged drains were usually fixed within a day or two. 3. Electricity bills can be a bit higher cause of central air conditioning/heating system than other nearby complexes but, the system is modern and works really well and the room temperature is actually as displayed on the digital thermostat unlike most other places. 4. Compared to most other places (what I have heard from others) there way too many inspections and maintenance work. This can seem annoying to some but, it kept everything working really well from appliances to CO-sensors to clean filters and fire extinguishers. 5. Although would've preferred a basement washer and dryer but, the laundry room is few feet away from most units for a $1 fee for a single washer or dryer load. 6. Clearence of snow and salting is INCREDIBLE. Whilst others complained of not clearing for over 3-4 days generally it was done within a day or so. Thanks a lot, to Becky, Loraine, Diane, Bob and all others in the management for helping us with our 6-year stay. P.S. Also, if it matters to anyone then we were a couple of international graduate students and never faced any discrimination or issue of any type whatsoever with leasing or during the stay. Lived here for 2 years. Solid place if you're going to UT. Maintenance has always been same day. Rent is a fair price for living directly adjacent to campus property. Office manager is extremely friendly and reasonable. The complex could use some new windows they are very drafty in the winter and the appliances are a bit out of date. Parking is always available and close.

Close to campus, the landlady is friendly and chill about being a bit late on rent (and late fees are extremely reasonable), laundry room on property, maintenance gets done in a reasonable amount of time. I had a stinkbug problem in my apartment, though, and the windows/sliding door was extremely drafty. We hung flannel sheets over the balcony door, and it helped a bit, but we had to put packing tape over the gaps where the window screens met the frame to keep out the stinkbugs. It also is kinda expensive for the size, but it is in a prime location for students. Overall a pretty great first apartment for a UT student. I didn't have to pay for a parking pass since it's so close to campus, but it's also really close to the traintracks (expect trains going by at night sometimes) and close to Rocket Hall, where they had the big MusicFest concert. It gets kinda loud People going to the tailgates and the football games will try to park in the parking lot, too.
