I had the chance to both sublet here and later rent for a full year, and I can’t recommend it enough. The amenities are perfect, having Pelotons available in the basement and the rooftop was such a bonus, and the in-unit laundry truly can’t be beat. It’s a great, safe place to live, and I’ve told so many friends to consider moving here.

My time at Bluesky has been nothing but a fantastic time with great staff and tenants I've made friends with! As a Fordham student, the accessibility to campus with the luxury of excellent apartment accommodations makes Bluesky a top candidate if you are deciding to live off-campus in the Bronx.

As a student I love that this place includes a modern fixtures and finishes, free WiFi, electric scooters, and keyless entry systems. Each apartment comes fully furnished with kitchens equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances as well as large closets with ample storage space. It really feels home here!
