My boyfriend and I rented from Red Brick for two years and we loved them!! They’re great with communication, and quick with maintenance requests! Their laundry facility is so nice which is a nice bonus. The ladies in the office are eager to please and Ben is so personable, you’ll really enjoy renting from this group! Our apartment was recently updated and SO cute compared to some of the other apartments within a college students budget we looked at. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Red Brick Real Estate provides phenomenal customer service, going above and beyond for each tendent. They provide timely maintenance, if there is any issue at all they are always very understanding and will attend to whatever that might be as soon as they can. There value of the apartments are great. I was able to live comfortably on a tight budget. Their communication was also fantastic, any time there was something going on that affected me or my apartment they gave me a notice text. (which was convenient, quick, and easy) Most importantly, they have the nicest staff! When searching for my perfect apartment they were very helpful, detailed, kind, and genuine. They did not try to rush me into signing or making a decision right on the spot either, which is always appreciated. Ben is the best landlord anyone could ask for. I have a high level of respect for him and what he does. I highly recommend Red Brick Real Estate to anyone that needs an affordable apartment.

Red Brick Property Management is a wonderful company to rent with. I was their tenant for 2 and half years, and during that time, they always treated me well with respect.
