This is the worst place ever and is run so poorly and the managment had a combined brain cell of negative ♾️. I can’t even begin to describe how bad it was but I will show you in photos. The rent is OVERPRICED that if I were to give one piece of advice for the rest of my life it would be DO NOT LIVE HERE! Managment was so incredibly unhelpful and switched at least 5x through our year living there. I could write an essay about how much I hate it here but instead I will just show you. Our sick constantly clogged up with sewage water and they would not reimburse us for these problems. This place is ROACH INFESTED. In this image it caught a baby snake inside the apartment. My shower CONSTANLY grew MOLD. And we were left a hole in our wall for TWO MONTHS that they never took care of and didn’t reimburse us for. Please do no live, it will take years of your life.

I’ve been living here for about two months, and honestly, I regret signing the lease. Before moving in, I was clearly told that internet would be provided soon and that there would be compensation for any delay. It has now been over two months with no internet, and they are now denying both the timeline and the compensation that was verbally promised. The utility charges are also extremely concerning. I’ve been billed close to $300 for utilities, with no clear explanation. My electricity bill alone shows two separate charges (around $96 and $68), which together seem unusually high and possibly incorrect. The water bill is around $90, which also feels unreasonable. When I tried to get clarification, I was told to contact a third-party billing company instead. Not only does that shift responsibility away from management, but tenants are also required to pay additional service fees to that third party. Trash charges have also been inconsistent. I was told it would be $18, but I was charged $28 the first month and $35 the second month. When I brought this up initially, I was told I would be reimbursed, but that has not happened. What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability and communication. In person, I was given assurances and explanations, but over email, the responses are completely different and redirect responsibility elsewhere. Overall, while the rent may seem attractive at first, the hidden costs, billing inconsistencies, and lack of support make this a very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to carefully consider these factors before signing a lease here.

Avoid this "premium" rental. Booked via Marriott, but managed by Rove/KLVG, this unit was a massive disappointment. The apartment has excessive noise levels due to exposed plumbing and a loud AC system. The layout is cramped, with beds pushed against closet doors, and simple items like lamps and toilet paper holders were either broken or missing. ​Marriott and Rove claim to offer high-end homes, but this felt more like a utility room. Customer service provided no resolution. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Just moved in and I’m honestly impressed so far. The new management team has been wonderful and super responsive. You can tell they’re really working to fix things around the property and make improvements. Excited to see the changes coming!!!

This place was my hell. So many awful stories about how disgusting and terribly run this place is. We had a sink that would literally fill up with sewage and it would overflow into our kitchen every 3 months with the worst stench imaginable. We also had roaches EVERYWHERE!!! They would literally try exterminating them so put traps everywhere and onetime we got an gecko. Opening cabinets became a scary game in the apartment. Lived here for two years and somehow the second got worse. Management was so terrible they couldn’t even communicate to the owners of the complex and we were left with zero answers 90% of the time to problems we had. Do not live here unless you want misery and spooky experiences. ALSO If they say reach out the baron properties let me assure you they don’t respond and the managers will say they are busy!
