The Bradford, tempe

I feel very comfortable living here! The apartment itself is actually quite spacious and looks exactly like the virtual tour. Condition of the apartment is nicely maintained. 1 star out for the communication with management; they are not exactly very responsive (unless it's emergency like broken AC etc), and I tried to reach them through their office's phone number but all the calls went to voicemail all the time.

The unit feels spacious (we’re in a 4 bed/4 bath and there’s so much room). Layout is well thought-out.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Bradford Apartments! From the very beginning, the move-in process was seamless and stress-free. The management team (Christina, Adeline and Tracy) was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the entire lease and move-in protocol. They ensured everything was taken care of — from assigning parking spots to introducing me to other friendly tenants, they made me feel right at home. The location is absolutely unbeatable! It's only a five-minute walk to the vibrant Mill Avenue, where there’s always something happening. Whether it's dining, shopping, or entertainment, everything is just around the corner. And being so close to Arizona State University, it's perfect for anyone wanting to live near the heart of all the university's action. It's clear that many of the tenants appreciate this convenient location, and there’s a great sense of community here. All in all, Bradford Apartments is the ideal place to live if you're looking for comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

Was a great apartment when I stayed there for almost two years. I didn’t have any issues while living here. Close by Mill Ave and other shops. Rent was great for the area you are in.

What an eyesore this building is. Sticks out like a sore thumb in comparison to the rest of the neighborhood. Trash cans are always overflowing, as if residents are the type who’ve never had to do chores because mommy and daddy had a maid. Trees ain’t ever been trimmed, neither. I hear they charge $800 for a room, which is excessive even in Tempeazy. This business contributes nothing to the community and culture of the area.
