I love Sol! The staff is so sweet and helpful. Maintenance is always efficient and takes the time to get to know the residents and talk with them, which I really appreciate. The environment truly feels like a family. Anna and Zach are absolute sweethearts! They are helpful, kind, and make Sol feel like home. The office as a whole is a safe and comforting environment where you’re able to come in, talk to them, and really get to know everyone. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and work hard to create a welcoming community

Anna and Zach, provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced at an apartment complex. Anna was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely took the time to make sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. You can tell that Zach truly cares about residents and goes above and beyond to create a positive experience. I’m very lucky to have not one, but two amazing people working here. 🖤🖤🖤

So far living here has been amazing. the free shuttle is so useful getting to campus and the walk in closet is definitely a perk! The front desk associates are so wonderful especially Zach who has helped me out so much with all my questions!!

I’ve been living at sol since August and I absolutely love it. I talk to a lot of people for my everyday job so it’s nice to be at a student preferred living that isn’t at the thick of ASU campus life. Also being a smaller apartment complex makes it easier to have better communication with the staff. I’ve talked to Madi and Zach specifically multiple times and each time they have given me great help and advice whenever I needed it. The mangers there as well are super helpful even when they are juggling a lot of things at once. I’m grateful that my first apt experience is with Sol.

This is the first apartment I’ve ever been in, and honestly I’ve got nothing to complain about! Staff is super friendly at all times, pool is super refreshing, the gym is awesome, what more could you ask for? I highly recommend renting with Sol, especially if this is your first time renting! Rates are super competitive compared to others around the area as well!!!
