Park Place Tempe, tempe

I have had a great experience living at Flare. The apartment complex has a really nice environment and feels like a good place for students and young professionals. The location is convenient, the amenities are solid, and the overall atmosphere makes it easy to enjoy living here. The leasing staff has also been helpful and welcoming, which makes a big difference when choosing where to live. Maintenance and communication have been easy to work with, and the property has a clean, modern feel. I would definitely recommend Flare to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient apartment near ASU.

We recently toured Flare Tempe with Madison. We loved it. Super close to campus (for my daughter) and so many great amenities. She loved the pool and tanning beds. Madison gave us a great tour and answered all our questions. We have a few more places to look at, but it's definitely at the top of our list.

Im using a different account so they dont make my life hell. Literally the most worst possible management. They dont let you break the lease at all. Imagine just wanting to eat money from college students. They will all nice and so welcoming until u sign the lease and then boom 0 consideration. We needed wifi issues fixed on Friday evening and they were closing in about 45-30 mins plenty of time to help me and my roommates out but no, “we are closing soon so we will help you on monday” do not sign unless u want a management that is not gonna help you over the weekend. The boss was the best one out of all of them.

I toured with Madison and she was exceptional. I almost signed up but need to bring my daughter who’ll be the one living here. I’m sure she’ll love it: walking distance to campus, beautiful pool AND tanning beds! I’ll be back!!!

Genuinely the best place I’ve lived. The location is in the middle of everything, I haven’t had to get a car because of it. Maintenance is super quick literally the next day. Fully furnished with a huge TV also, I think I got a great deal :)
