My daughter has lived at this apartment complex for four years. For the first three years, it was a very positive experience. The property was well-maintained, and we felt comfortable knowing she was living in a safe and healthy environment. Unfortunately, this fourth year has been extremely disheartening. Ongoing construction has significantly impacted the quality of living, and there has been little to no accountability from the staff in addressing concerns related to safety, health, and basic maintenance. Most concerning is the lack of security. Transients have been present in the parking garage and are entering the building, which raises serious safety concerns. Despite multiple attempts to contact management to report this and seek direction on how these issues are being handled, no one has answered or returned my calls. The lack of response when resident safety is at risk is unacceptable. It is deeply disappointing to see such a decline after several good years. What was once a place I felt confident about has now become a source of ongoing concern. I sincerely hope management takes responsibility, improves communication, and prioritizes the safety and well-being of their residents - the only answer they give is to call City of Tempe- I truly believe ATMOSPHERE should advocate for safe - healthy place for these kids to live

Just had a tour with Harrison and it was great. The community was super clean and the staff was very welcoming. The 20th floor was definitely my favorite with all the sunlight and the outdoor seating. There is some construction next door, but he mentioned it will be topped out before move-in, so noise should not be an issue. I also have a few friends living there and they said it has not really been a big deal for them.

I had a great experience touring Atmosphere! Harrison gave me an amazing tour, super informative, easygoing, and made everything feel really welcoming. I loved all the amenities, and the whole place was clean, modern, and well maintained. The entire staff had great vibes and created a really positive environment very youthful. Honestly, it’s kind of hard not to sign here after seeing the place, it feels like a dream place to live in Tempe compared to everything else. Overall, such a smooth and enjoyable experience!

Atmosphere Tempe has amazing views, an extremely friendly management and staff who has always worked with me and went above and beyond to resolve any and all concerns. The 20th floor here is spectacular and one of my favorite places to go and study. If you can find a room that meets your needs and fits your budget I can’t recommend them enough! 👍👍

Overall nice apartment. Luck of the draw if you get a view out of your window with the new building that is being built right next door. and RIP to any waking hour from sunrise until sunset while the new construction is going on.
