I had a great experience at Apollo Tempe! The property is awesome, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Huge thanks to leasing agent Gracie Bethel for making the whole process easy and stress-free. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. I highly recommend!

Living at Apollo Tempe has been an amazing experience! The rooftop pool and courtyard lounge are easily my favorite spots—they're perfect for relaxing, hanging out with friends, and enjoying the atmosphere. The biggest reason my experience has been so great, though, is Gracie Bethel. She went above and beyond from day one, making the entire leasing and move-in process completely seamless. She was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions I had. It's rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about making residents feel welcome, and Gracie absolutely does. Her professionalism and positive attitude made such a difference, and I'm so grateful for all of her help. I couldn't recommend Apollo Tempe enough, especially because of staff members like Gracie who truly make this community feel like home!

Apollo Tempe has amazing amenities. Tons of workspaces, really impressive. There’s a pool in the inner courtyard, and the rooftop is great with three pools, a giant screen, and a genuinely cool vibe. Staff is helpful, nothing to complain about there. Cleanliness overall is so-so. Not necessarily the staff’s fault, but with so many students, common areas are not always well taken care of. Now the huge warning. The windows are basically not windows. They are absolutely not soundproof. If your unit faces the street and you are even slightly sensitive to noise, this place is a nightmare. You hear cars as if they were inside your room. On top of that, there is a construction site right across the street. Every day from around 6am, nonstop construction noise, alarms, machines, everything. For me, it’s simply impossible to live here if you’re sensitive to noise. Which is such a shame, because everything else is really nice. I honestly don’t understand why they didn’t invest in proper soundproof windows.

Beautiful place with even better people. I believe it was Emma or Cora that gave me an tour and was so welcoming and amazing throughout the whole tour!
