Gotta say is a good place to live. Been here 3 to 4 years if more and so far it's been a blast for me. Good prices for a furnished apartment. You get your own bathroom (for me that is a big plus) mini fridge in your room for your drinks and snacks. Room size very decent and comfortable. Pool, gym, a lot of events and from time to time free gifts like free breakfast, drinks or snacks. Recently had my A/C not working properly. Sent a maintenance request and was replied as quick as possible. Big thanks and a shout out to "Trey Stoops" who came in with a friendly and positive attitude. Fix the problem right away. Was informative and explained every step. Very cool gentleman. I appreciate you and thanks again for the help.

Let’s just say the office management is top notch. So damn polite, always wanting to offer solutions. One of the prior roommates living here was “asked to leave”, let’s just say that, and the management was amazing with how they handled the entire situation. SO much drama involved. The only thing that I wish was different was that the apartment sometimes gets fruit flies, whatever, as the summer seasons progress. It’s definitely an older building but you can ABSOLUTELY decorate and change small things to make it more homely. The management is great, I will repeat that until the day I die. If you expect to live here, expect to live with fellow college kids/younger adults. USF is right down the corner so it all would make sense to any logical person that younger people will be around. I recommend :)

I had a tour with Taylor and she was so polite and fun to talk to! I have never had an application process go so easy and I would definitely recommend looking into the Vue. As an international student I came with a lot of questions and worries about the process but it was genuinely so easy and Taylor was very reassuring. I didn’t get the chance to chat with the other staff much but I heard nothing but good things.

While I can certainly complain about one or two things around the complex, I have nothing but good things to say about the front office team and maintenance. Taylor was able to help myself and my friends find a unit on extremely short notice, and was very honest and transparent throughout the entire process. Dequan has been nothing but welcoming and friendly. Ethan had been exceptionally helpful every time I've run into any kind of trouble with paperwork. The front desk team are absolutely gems, and have made the stressful process of moving run as smoothly as possible. The maintenance team are another highlight here. They are friendly, thorough, and fast. Whether it's a damaged stove top, or furniture missing a leg, they are always there to help in a hurry! I will say, the reviews complaining of unclean units at move in are 100% correct. My room wasn't cleaned AT ALL prior to move in. While the front office assures me they have no record of an animal being in my room, there was a significant amount of what appears to be cat hair, and other cat things... present. The previous tenant's mess was left on the toilet, and there were significant debris all over my room, including an awful lot of loose change, for some reason. Additionally, the unit at large was only given a perfunctory surface cleaning, with oodles of gunk, hair, and crumbs, left inside the couches, and what appears to be an entire bottle of either hoisin or teriyaki sauce spilled in the pantry. All the above being said, the staff and maintenance have made it well worth the extra trouble of having to deep clean the unit. It's easy to fix up and clean a dirty place, but impossible to change a maintenance crew, roommates, or management; and The Vue excels in those areas.

On Thursday, April 16th, 2026, around 4:00 pm, at Vue South office I visited the establishment to check my mail. Taylor approached me and asked if there was anything she could assist me with. I informed her that I needed help but would first check my mail. Upon returning, I inquired about a $1,200 gift card that one of the staff members had offered me before signing my lease. Taylor investigated the system and discovered that the gift card was never included in the contract. She explained other details about the situation. She later learned I qualified for a 1 months free rent. I would like to note Taylor was very respectful, kind, and helpful. Displaying perfect customer service.
