I had an outstanding experience with the team at Venue at North Campus! We recently completed a direct transfer from Building 1 to Building 2, and at first it honestly didn’t seem like it was going to be possible. Thanks to this incredible team, everything came together better than I could have hoped. A huge thank you to Leyla and Brea for being so helpful throughout the leasing process and always keeping us informed. Jake was incredibly responsive and made sure any questions we had were taken care of right away. The biggest shoutout goes to Victoria, who was the driving force behind making this transfer happen. She really pulled the strings behind the scenes, advocated for us, and went above and beyond to make something happen that initially seemed impossible. And of course, thank you to Mai for stepping in to finalize everything and ensuring the entire process was completed smoothly. The customer service from everyone was exceptional from start to finish. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares this much about their residents, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything they did. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful move completely seamless!

My experience at venue at north campus has been exceptional. From the firs point of contact, to move in, to living as a resident, everything has exceeded my expectations! The management staff is incredible, Victoria and Mai have been so helpful. We had issues with figuring out our lease and they made the process easy by smoothing over any issues and they even offered as a concession and a great apartment that fit our needs in a timely manner. The leasing agents at the front Jake, Brea, and Layla are truly amazing human beings. You can tell they really care about the residents, and are always quick to help anyway they can. They have fun resident events like bingo and trivia that are seriously a great time; they even give out great prizes! I can’t say enough great things about this property. I can safely say they have won me over as a loyal resident, and I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to sign here.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience after moving out. I was charged a total of $615 in damages, many of which were either unjustified or completely arbitrary. These fees feel like a way for management to avoid returning security deposits. Throughout my time living here, communication with the office was poor, maintenance requests were often ignored, and surprise fees would appear without explanation. Parking enforcement is extremely strict — one mistake and your car could be towed, with no help from the staff afterward. I’ve also noticed that many of the positive reviews seem to be incentivized with promotions, which paints an inaccurate picture of what it’s actually like to live here. I will be disputing these charges and filing a formal complaint with the state of Florida. $75 Pet-Related Charge: I have never owned a pet in my life and am afraid of animals. I am disputing this charge entirely, especially as it was labeled as related to “walls from pets.” There is no basis for this fee. $45 Common Area Paint: There were no issues with the paint in the common area at the time of my departure. No damage or repainting should have been necessary, and I have photos showing the condition. $45 Bedroom Paint: The paint in the bedroom was in excellent condition upon move-out. No damage or excessive wear was present to justify repainting. $150 Common Area Cleaning: I thoroughly cleaned the common areas prior to moving out. The unit was left in clean condition and did not require professional cleaning. $150 Furniture Replacement: The furniture was undamaged and in good condition when I left. I was not informed of any specific issues or given any opportunity to inspect or respond. $75 Bedroom Cleaning: The bedroom was cleaned thoroughly before move-out. There were no cleanliness issues that would justify this charge. $75 Bathroom Cleaning: The bathroom was left clean, with all surfaces wiped down and sanitized. This charge is unwarranted.

I recently toured The Venue Apartments, and Brea made the experience exceptional. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. She did a great job explaining the community, amenities, and floor plans, and her friendly, professional attitude made the tour enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right place. If you’re considering The Venue Apartments, I definitely recommend asking for Brea!

I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex that Jeremy Zaifert helped me find. The whole process of getting the place was smooth, and Jeremy was super helpful and easy to work with. He answered all my questions and made sure everything was straightforward, which made moving in a lot less stressful. The complex itself has been a great place to live. The apartments are nice, the area feels safe, and everything is well kept. One of my favorite parts is the pool area. It’s a great spot to relax after work or hang out with friends on the weekends. The pool is always clean and it’s a really chill place to spend time, especially when the weather is nice. Overall, I’m really happy with the place and glad Jeremy helped me find it. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good apartment and a smooth renting experience
