Union on Fletcher, tampa-fl

I recently toured Union Apartments and was extremely impressed with everything the community has to offer. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming, organized, and well maintained. The amenities, apartment layouts, and overall presentation of the property truly exceeded my expectations and made a very positive first impression. I especially want to recognize Ayanna, who guided my tour. She greeted me warmly as soon as I walked through the door and immediately made me feel comfortable and valued. Throughout the tour, she was incredibly knowledgeable. What stood out most was how proactive she was, she answered many of my questions before I even had the chance to ask them. Her thorough explanations and attention to detail showed that she genuinely cared about making sure I fully understood everything about the apartments, amenities, and leasing process. She addressed every concern with confidence and clarity, which made the entire experience smooth and stress free. Because of this wonderful tour and Ayanna’s exceptional service, I feel confident and excited about choosing Union Apartments as my future home. Lived here for three years. Amenities have been fine. Maintenance has been good. Recently did a transfer That ended up in a $600 credit to be refunded to me. I was told to wait 7 to 10 business days to receive the check. When that timeframe went past, I started asking where my refund was. The disbursement company that sends the credit said I had to speak with the leasing office. I’ve been provided phone numbers and emails for two people in Management. I’ve been calling and leaving voicemails And sending emails all week. I have yet to receive a response. If I owed money, I would get a phone call and an email every day. But when I’m owed money… I don’t get a response.

I really enjoyed living at Union. And I would’ve resigned if it wasn’t for my friends inviting me to live with them at a different complex. Everything is very well maintained and the maintenance men deserve a raise! They are always so friendly and they work quick! The only negatives about living here is the parking garage gate is always broken! And I had a roommate move out mid year and they gave us less than 24 hours notice to have the apartment ready for her. They also sent her up to say hello to meet everyone before we even received an email that we were getting a new roommate. She was great it was just really shocking and more notice to have a clean place for her would’ve been nice. They have a lot of fun events for us and every time I’m laying by the pool I am offered a popsicle which is not something I’ve heard of anywhere else. The parking fee is a little crazy and paying for package delivery even though you’re not ordering anything is obnoxious but it keeps random people out of the building which is good. But if you ever do order a heavier package expect them to delay your delivery by days or hours.

Maria was an absolutely amazing tour guide! She was incredibly patient, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. Her friendly and welcoming personality made the entire experience enjoyable, and I truly loved touring the community with her.

I have lived here for almost a year and have no complaints! The amenities are clean and up to date. Management is super up to speed when you need them even if you call them at 1am. The appliances in my 4x4 work perfectly and have never had an issue! The staff here are very good at what they do and are happy to talk to anyone! Especially Jamie, talking to her feels like talking to a friend, she's super nice and understanding when you have any issues or concerns! Will be living here next year!
