I’ve really enjoyed living at The Henry, and I wanted to give a shoutout to Marissa and the management team. I was transferring to another apartment in the building and was facing a gap of almost three weeks between units. As an international student, finding temporary housing would’ve been a huge hassle. Marissa worked with me and helped make the transition much smoother than I expected. I really appreciate all the help and communication throughout the process. It’s nice to live somewhere where the staff genuinely care and are willing to help when things get complicated. Thanks again!

After living here for three years, I can confidently say that you do not want to live here. The amenities are disappointing, the apartments are overpriced for what you actually get, and the property is consistently dirty and poorly maintained. The pool is probably the only decent feature, and even that is questionable at times. Management is one of the biggest issues. In the three years I’ve lived here, management has changed multiple times, and somehow each change has made things worse. The HVAC system is unreliable, the gym is tiny and lacks quality equipment, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable, and the couches are cheap and worn out. Overall, the quality of the apartments and facilities falls far below what is advertised. The Henry markets itself as the best and most luxurious student housing option, but that has not been my experience at all. To all incoming residents, good luck. Sooner or later, you’ll realize this is probably one of the most honest reviews you’ll find—assuming they don’t delete it.

Anthony at the Henry made the whole experience stand out. From the tour to answering questions, he was extremely knowledgeable about every part of the building and didn’t miss a detail. You can tell he really understands the property inside and out, which made everything feel a lot more straightforward. He was also super friendly and easy to talk to, which made the visit enjoyable. Overall, a great experience and definitely left a strong impression.

I can’t say enough great things about Zach and Anthony at the front desk of the Henry Apartment. From the moment I walked in, they made what could have been a stressful process feel easy, exciting, and genuinely enjoyable. Zach and Anthony were incredibly welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to really understand what I was looking for in an apartment — not just the basics like budget and layout, but the little details that truly make a place feel like home. They listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. What stood out most was how invested they were in helping me make the right choice, not just any choice. They walked me through different options, explained the pros and cons of each layout, and shared insights that only someone who truly knows the property could provide. Their honesty and transparency made it easy to trust their recommendations. On top of that, they were professional, organized, and incredibly responsive. Every question I had — big or small — was answered thoroughly and with enthusiasm. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in what they do. Thanks to Zach and Anthony, I feel completely confident and excited about my decision. If you’re looking for an apartment and want to work with people who truly go above and beyond, you’ll be in amazing hands with them. They made all the difference in my experience

Frat house or “high end” student housing? If you’re okay with missing packages, rude and unhelpful front desk staff, constant loud music, paper-thin walls, and bugs, this might be the place for you. Security is supposed to be monitoring the front lobby at night, but most nights no one is there, which feels unsafe. The front desk hours are also extremely limited and inconvenient. The hallways often smell like garbage because the trash rooms are constantly overflowing, and I’ve seen vomit and trash left in elevators and hallways. Maintenance requests are slow or completely ignored. On top of that, they add hidden fees (like charging for a “larger room” or “better view”) that I never asked for. The parking garage feels dangerous with cars speeding through it and nearly hitting other vehicles, and the pool is always overcrowded with nowhere to sit. Overall, you pay way too much for what you get and you can easily find better and cheaper options in the area. Definitely not worth the price!!
