-1 star for the roommate matching, roach problem and gross hallway carpet and stairwells. The rest of the stars go to the amazing staff. Namely the maintenance team and Alex Versailles, the maintenance team is very kind and do the best they can with the resources they’re given and Alex goes above and beyond for the residents, she cares so much and is so attentive and kind. She should be running this place if I didn’t think she has an exceptionally bright future ahead of her which to my understanding doesn’t involve apartment management. Thank you so much to the team for making the time I spent here worthwhile!!!

I signed the lease for my daughter, and like many parents, I relied on her and her roommates to go through the details of the lease. Looking back, I wish I had reviewed every single term myself because there were some unexpected conditions that were very disappointing. One of the biggest issues is the lease dates. Although the official move-in date is August 21, we are still being charged rent for the entire month of August, even though the apartment won't be available for most of that month. On the other end of the lease, it ends on July 31, 2027. This creates another problem for students who need to stay for summer classes or internships, as they may have to find alternative housing before their academic commitments are finished. These lease terms feel unfair and seem to favor the property management rather than the residents. I understand that every apartment has its own policies, but charging a full month's rent for a partial month of occupancy is difficult to justify. At this point, we're hoping the rest of the experience will be better than our first impression. We haven't moved in yet, so only time will tell what living here will actually be like. If additional issues come up, I will update my review to reflect our experience. Based on the lease terms alone, I would not recommend signing a lease here without reading every detail very carefully and fully understanding what you're agreeing to. I am responding to management's review - I have to say, your leasing policy does not reflect what most people would consider a standard apartment leasing practice. Your lease emphasizes installment payments, yet your website advertises monthly rent without clearly explaining how those payment terms work. From a prospective tenant's perspective, this omission can be misleading and gives the impression that important details were not disclosed upfront. From my perspective, this policy appears to benefit management at the expense of tenants. It creates unnecessary inconvenience, makes it more difficult for residents to plan their housing, and limits their flexibility when their lease term ends. It gives the impression that the policy is structured to prioritize the property's interests over those of its residents. Although I strongly disagree with how this has been handled, I appreciate having gone through this experience. It has taught me to examine lease terms much more carefully and to avoid properties whose advertising and leasing policies are not fully transparent.

Toured a couple of places before Halo, not only is the property beautiful and well-kept but the staff is beyond professional and courteous. Every question and concerned was addressed promptly. Very welcoming experience. Highly recommend having your students at Halo.

I've had an amazing experience living at Halo 46! One of the best parts of this complex is the events Mikayla puts together for residents. She does an amazing job planning fun things like the walking taco event, painting activities, and lots of giveaways! There are always great freebies like snacks, self-care kits, and merch. You can tell Mikayla really cares about making sure the residents feel welcomed and have fun! The events are always something to look forward to and it makes living here so enjoyable!!!

Alex was extremely helpful and went above and beyond exhibiting outstanding customer service when she did everything possible to retrieve a Driver's License after hours. Her performance was extremely professional. Thank you, Alex!
