College Town @ USF, tampa-fl

It was a great experience living here. The apartments are older but the complex has never marketed themselves as luxury so you know what you’re getting into. Had some maintenance issues but the team was always very responsive and very fast. Didn’t have any additional charges after move out but I was very careful to document the state of everything during move in and move out. Pool and fitness center is nice. The parking here is excellent. I’ve never had an issue getting a spot out front of my unit and there is plenty of spots for if you want to bring a guest over. Place has always felt safe too. They made getting packages delivered very easy and very safe as well. Trash is always taken care of and I saw them spray for bugs often (never had any issues with bugs beyond what you’d expect from typical Florida living). And if you’re a USF student, it’s a very convenient drive to campus. Overall, I’d recommend the place. Not luxury by any means but the ease of parking and the other perks more than make up for it. If I had another year of college, I would’ve renewed.

Came in for a tour and had nothing but a great experience! The staff and the property manager, CJ, answered all my questions. I have some friends that live there, and I have heard nothing but good things. The staff up front is always available to answer any follow up questions I have. I cannot wait to sign my lease and live here! Great location, great value, great staff.

Ashlie made my tour experience so much more enjoyable! She was helpful, kind, and expressed so much excitement for College Town that it was contagious. She is always willing to help others with their packages and other issues that residents may have. (Plus, her music taste is always awesome in the office.) Thanks, Ashlie!!♥️

I was shopping around for apartments and what stood out to me was the fantastic staff. Kyle was very kind and accommodating, answering all of my questions and concerns. The facilities and amenities were good. I would highly recommend as you will be taken care of here.

Lizzy was amazing giving us a tour of the apartment buildings and is amenities. She explained well and answered all of our questions. My daughter felt very welcome and felt this was where she wanted to be. Thanks for the good vibes Lizzy and staff. I feel my daughter will be safe and any concerns she has she could always ask the staff.
