I’ve loved living at Cigar Lofts!! By far the best off campus student living. Rachael and Christin plan so many fun events for the residents. My favorite parts are having laundry in unit and a gym and pool right downstairs. I have met soo many friends while living at Cigar Lofts, and I couldn’t recommend it more!

I lived in a two-bedroom apartment at Cigar Lofts from August 2025 through June 2026, and it was the best option for me during my junior year at the University of Tampa! I always felt very safe because of the electronic key access, 24-hour security, and the surrounding area. The property managers, Rachael and Christin, were always extremely helpful and played a big part in making my experience so positive! Since I did not have a car, I also really appreciated the shuttle to UTampa that ran every other hour. It made getting to and from campus much easier and more convenient. Overall, I had a great experience living at Cigar Lofts and would highly recommend it to UTampa students looking for a safe, comfortable, and super convenient place to live!

I've lived at Cigar Lofts for a while now and it's been a great experience. The location is convenient for being able to get to campus, and the amenities are nice and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and love the events that they do. I've met a lot of great people here, and overall it's been a good place to live.
