I had a really great experience here and wanted to give a shoutout to Danny for making it even better. From the moment I walked in, he was super friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. He took the time to answer any questions I had and made sure everything was smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about creating a good experience for people, which goes a long way. The space itself is also really clean, modern, and well put together. It has a great vibe and feels very inviting, not like one of those places where you feel rushed or uncomfortable. Everything just felt organized and professional. Overall, the customer service really stood out to me. Danny made a strong impression, and that kind of energy is what brings people back. I’d definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area—you’ll be taken care of.

I have a wonderful relationship with management here at Cove Commons. We work well together to solve any pest control needs and they are on a great service plan with Orkin. The atmosphere is great and Olivia is always helpful with schedule assignments. Look forward to our continued partnership!

Good luck getting any sleep if you have work, class, or an exam the next morning. It’s impossible to study during finals or focus on school when there’s constant noise coming from the pool area. At any given time blasting speakers for hours, groups of people screaming, jumping into the pool, and hanging out late into the night. This isn’t an occasional thing it happens all the time..most of the week. When you look outside to see who’s making all the noise way past midnight, you’ll sometimes recognize people who work in the office. That should tell you how seriously the noise issue is taken. The apartments themselves are nice, but they’re not nice enough to make up for being woken up over and over again from sunset to sunrise. If you need a quiet place to study, sleep, or function like a normal adult with responsibilities, keep that in mind before signing a lease. There’s also no real overnight security. The “security guards” seem to just drive through, take a picture of the clubhouse, and leave. Considering the high crime in the area, it’s concerning that this is one of the few student apartment complexes without an actual security presence on-site throughout the night. Edit: It’s currently midnight on a Sunday night, and people are setting off fireworks at the clubhouse even though it’s not a holiday. Once again, there is no security present to stop it. I never received an email and the reality has not changed. Other student apartment communities invest in overnight security because they value their residents’ safety and quality of life. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.

I recently worked with Emily at Cove Commons, and she was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! From the very beginning, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful always quick to answer questions and make sure everything went smoothly. Emily made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel super easy and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is handled perfectly. Today I met with Alex, Kim, and Braylin. They were all very helpful, informative, and great at explaining everything I needed to know. Very friendly and took the time to show me around.They also answered any questions I had. It was a great experience. 5 out 5 star for sure.
