4050 Lofts, tampa-fl

I really enjoyed living at 40Fifty Lofts last year. The loft style apartments are beautiful and the 10 foot ceilings make the space feel open and bright. I also love the concrete floors because they look modern and are very easy to keep clean. The apartments feel nicely upgraded and the bedrooms have plenty of space so the layout never feels cramped. Parking has also been really convenient since there is a lot of it and it is usually easy to find a spot close to your unit, plus there is plenty of visitor parking which makes it easy when friends or family come by. Maintenance has always been reliable and requests are typically taken care of within about 24 to 48 hours. The best part about living here though is definitely the office staff. Ella, Jacob, Hannah, Mason and Taryn are all wonderful leasing professionals/front office staff who are always friendly, attentive and happy to help whenever you need something. I want to give an extra shoutout to Ella for how hard she works because she truly goes above and beyond for residents. The community also does a great job hosting resident events like pool parties, casino nights and holiday pop ups which make it fun to meet neighbors and feel part of the community. The location is another big plus since it is super close to USF and having Bulls Market right next door is perfect when you want to grab a late night snack or a sweet treat. I also want to recognize the managers Jere, Kedar and Caraline who keep everything running smoothly and always handle residents with kindness and professionalism. Overall I have had a really positive experience living here and would definitely recommend it.

Really great experience here! The apartment is super nice and everything works perfectly. The staff is also amazing and super friendly, which makes a huge difference. I definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for a great place to live!

This will be my second year living at 4050 lofts and I can’t recommend it enough! Lease signing and all other communication with the front office has been a breeze! I love all of the amenities on property. One of the things that I’ve noticed that’s a problem at other apartments but not 4050 is the parking. There are ample spots for residents and guests within the gates of the apartment buildings. Thank you to everyone at 4050 for making Tampa feel like home!

Update (6/5/26): The maintainence began coming to my apartment a week ago to work on the wall. I think they put some POP on it and have some fans that are facing the wall drying it up. I appreciate management actually living up to their word because I was very worried about what would happen when i move out. I really like the fact that the staff listens to their residents. I really enjoy the events they plan, everyone is very friendly unlike other apartments ive been to. It isnt an "all bark no bite" situation at 4050, Trust. Drawbacks first because thats what yall gotta know: Mold has growing in the wall by the front door ever since 2~3 months of moving in. It got really bad when the rainy season was here. There were leaks and drips from the ceiling and the HVAC. Living at 4050 has been great so far, I enjoy the gym and my roommates are nice. The events are pretty cool too, they do lots of giveaways and look out for the resident's well being. Maintainence doesnt take forever to show up and theyre reliable. The area has nice trees planted around it too and the flowers near the entrance give it a nice touch. Everyone is super helpful and respectful.
