I’ve lived at 220 Madison for the past 4 years and it is easily one of the best apartment complexes in the City of Tampa. Here you’ll find management that actually cares and quiet study/work environments on the third floor, with the added bonus of walkability to UTampa and unbeatable views from the apartment (pictured below). 100% recommend 220 Madison to incoming students and those looking for a place off-campus!

220 Madison is an amazing place to live! I’ve lived here for a year and a half and I have only good things to say. The apartment is amazing, and not just my living space, but the amazing study rooms, coffee station and a great gym. Everyone I have met while living here, including the residents and all staff members, have been so kind and helpful. This is a great community, and I’ve always felt so safe and welcome at 220. I recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to call home and a place they won’t want to leave.

220 Madison has been my home the past 2 years and the thought of leaving when I graduate next year makes my heart sad. The LOCATION guys, wow! Living downtown has sooo many perks! Not to mention walking distance to campus is a life saver. I feel safe here across the street from the Tampa PD too! Last but certainly not least, Christen & Dennis are angels. I can’t think of a time I needed something and they weren’t right there to solve my issues, which have not been many. The events Christen throws for us is way more than most other student communities. She makes sure we always have a good time and are fed well LOL. Taco Tuesday, Chick-Fi-Lay and Pizza nights! Not to mention our private welcome parties with food and DJ’s she does every year at an exclusive spot around the corner from our apartment building. Our apartment came fully furnished and even had a tv for us in the living room which we were not expecting. If I had to make a decision over and over again for off-campus housing – I would choose her and 220 EVERY time 😊

The management was amazing from deciding to rent to moving out and everything in between. The leasing process was straightforward. The apartments were very nice and extremely well maintained especially for student housing. The facility has amazing amenities that most other places do not provide. The staff always went the extra mile to help from moving in to maintenance. Although it is a bit pricey, it was worth the money for such a nice and secure place. Finally, the location is prime for proximity to University of Tampa and everything downtown has to offer.

My daughter loves living at 220 Madison! Christian runs the facility and is a gem! She has helped my daughter through challenging situations. She loves and cares for all the tenants! The location is phenomenal! The building and amenities are clean and professional and up to date! The rooms are spacious and clean. All the appliances are in great condition. The bedroom setups are very nice! This has been an exceptionally excellent experience for my daughter! One of the best things is my daughter feels safe and at home! I greatly appreciate 220 Madison and Christian for taking excellent care for my little peanut!
