I had an amazing experience touring West 10, and my leasing specialist, Grant Scott, made it even better. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He explained everything clearly and made the entire process smooth and welcoming. As a future student moving to Tallahassee, finding the right place is a big decision, and Grant made me feel confident that West 10 is a great choice. His professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to help really stood out. Thank you, Grant, for such an excellent tour, experience, and the T-shirt and cup I received ! I highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking for an apartment at West 10!

I want to recognize one of the newest members of the maintenance staff, Nicholas for being professional, responsive, and courteous. He addressed my maintenance request promptly, communicated well, and took the time to explain what he was doing. I appreciate his efforts and professionalism throughout the visit. There is still some follow up work scheduled, but my experience with him so far has been positive, and I wanted to acknowledge that.

I have been at West 10 for 2 years now. Ok experience. There were some hiccups when I first moved in such as maintenance leaving my door open & I didn’t get home to see it until 2 am. The gate is always broke so if you’re moving there for that… might not want to. Let’s get to the major issue The front desk agent is very rude. I believe his name is grant. Last Friday, 6/12/26, my car was hit at this complex. It damaged the front of my car. I filed a police report but couldn’t speak to the leasing office due to it being after hours. Fine I sent Alexandria an email to which she has STILL not replied. Called on Saturday. Leasing manager (Alexandria) was not there. Fine Called on Monday. Grant answered the phone. I kept asking for Alexandria and the response was “she is busy”. Once I advised Grant that I had a police report and I would like to see the cameras surrounding that building. He was very passive and rude and he kept telling me the police had to call them to view the cameras. I called Thursday. Alexandria still not there. The manager , Carmen, had “no access to the cameras” so I called a police officer up there. Grant was still very rude to me and acted like he did not care about the situation. Anyway, I went through all of that just for them to tell me “there aren’t no cameras at that building”. Thank God I wasn’t kidnapped or worse! Their lack of concern was sickening! I then asked for the regional manager (Katie) contact information. I emailed her Thursday and still haven’t got a response. This situation has really opened my eyes to how this complex cares about their residents. I highly don’t recommend this complex for any young adult. Something worse could have happened & safety is #1!

had a fantastic tour with Grant. he was so knowledgeable and gave me such good information. the community is beautiful. he gave me a tour of two different units. loved them both. so excited to move in here! Grant and the whole staff were so welcoming

I wanted to like this apartment complex, but the pest control situation has been extremely disappointing. Despite multiple complaints and maintenance requests, the issue was never fully resolved. There were ongoing problems with bugs, and it became frustrating feeling like the concerns were not being taken seriously. The location and layout have potential, but pest control and overall responsiveness need major improvement. For the price residents pay, basic cleanliness and proper treatment should not be an ongoing issue. I would recommend management invest more into consistent pest prevention and better communication with tenants.
