Moving out soon but feel like I should share my experience. Great place to live but management is horrendous. Went away on vacation for about a month and just came back to a smelly unit. I’m like huh that’s odd, left the AC on and everything but to my avail there is the ONE THING I left in the freezer on the counter, a box of frozen corn dogs. The maintenance team came into my unit to clean my freezer and didn’t put THE ONE THING I HAD back into it. Thank god I cleaned out my fridge otherwise I don’t wanna know what else would be crawling in my unit. Dead bugs were littered EVERYWHERE and RATS yes rats enjoyed a little feast from this mess. Just goes to show the incompetence of many student housing employees in the area. I still have not been compensated for anything, will update this review accordingly. Also the mail situation sucks, had a box stolen one time but thankfully got compensated from the sender. Send everything to their main office because it will get stolen. Thank god I won’t be living with anymore student housing/apartment companies after this. I could go on about my experience with these people. Edit 7/11: Compensated for issues, was glad they took full responsibility and fired the worker responsible for this mess.

The Leasing Agents: Johnny, James & Jacob are phenomenal! They will help you in any way that they can. The Maintenance Team (Mr. Vern especially) is awesome! Helpful, polite and responsive. Good place to live in a GREAT location. I thoroughly enjoyed living there!
