Villa Cristina, tallahassee-fl

Living at Villa Cristina has been such a nice experience. The rooms are way bigger than I expected, and it actually feels like home instead of just student housing. The location is super convenient, and I love how easy it is to get to campus or hang out spots around town. The staff is always friendly and quick to help, which makes everything stress-free. Plus, the community vibe here is really welcoming — it’s easy to meet people and feel comfortable right away. If you’re looking for housing, I’d definitely recommend Villa Cristina. It’s honestly one of the best choices I’ve made!

I've had a good experience living at Villa Cristina this year, and a big part of that is thanks to the exceptional office and maintenance staff, especially Tim. He consistently goes above and beyond. Not only does he work hard to keep the complex clean and well-maintained, but he genuinely looks out for the tenants and cares about his work. Tim is always available and willing to help with any issues I’ve had, even when beyond his job description. He is kind, respectful, helpful, and incredibly reliable. It’s so reassuring to know he’s looking out for us and helping make Villa Cristina feel safe and cared for. I sincerely appreciate all his hard work and dedication, and I recommend Villa Cristina largely because of him! Thank you, Tim!!!

I’ve lived at Villa Cristina Apartments for two years, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The rent is reasonable, and the location offers plenty to do in the surrounding area. Having grown up with a mom who managed apartments, I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to run a complex well—and Villa Cristina does a good job. The standout feature of this community is, without a doubt, the maintenance technician, Tim. He’s not only skilled and responsive when things need fixing, but he also genuinely cares about the residents. Tim consistently goes above and beyond, whether he’s solving a maintenance issue or simply being a friendly, supportive presence. I’m grateful for my time living here and especially thankful for the help and kindness Tim has shown. I hope others get the opportunity to experience living at Villa Cristina—and meet Tim too.

I have been living here for about two years now and can confidently say that Tim has been the best and most attentive maintenance worker I have come across. Tim is always open to the residents and has made it known that he wants us all to have the best and most comfortable experience possible while living at Villa Cristina. For all of the maintenance jobs needed in my unit, Tim has personally checked in with my countless times to make sure I am happy with the work done, that it is still working, and that I don’t need anything else. I am beyond grateful to have a maintenance worker like Tim in my complex!

Tim is an absolute standout when it comes to maintenance service! His professionalism, quick response time, and genuine care for the people he helps make him truly exceptional. Every time we have a request, he handles it efficiently while keeping us informed throughout the process. Beyond just doing his job, Tim goes the extra mile, checking in on us, making sure everything is running smoothly, and bringing a friendly presence to our daily lives. Our dishwasher needed replacing recently, he had a new one delivered and installed within days, showing his dedication and efficiency. Tim is not just dependable, he’s someone who truly cares about making things easier for us. His kindness, expertise, and commitment set him apart. We’re grateful to have someone as reliable and thoughtful as Tim taking care of our maintenance needs. Highly recommend!
