Villa Capri Apartments, tallahassee-fl

I Just want to say Jacob is INCREDIBLE! I had a very squeaky bed & he went out of his way to fix it so I can sleep comfortable. He took apart the old bed & put together the new one ( which is perfect). He's always been my favorite from the very first time he gave me the tour of the apartment to signing the lease!

I am a parent of residents' in this complex. The window of their apartment had a water bottle thrown through it, and just TODAY, my son was leaving to go to work, and there was a frickin' broken clock on his car!! HUH? They moved into this complex when it was called CAMPUS VIEW, under Holistic Properties. Student Housing took over, and we were hoping to see a BIG improvement. I visit twice a year, and the only changes was the rent increase, which I guess is a standard practice..with the housing market and all?? Nevertheless, I know there were surveillance cameras that the original owners had installed, but obviously they are no longer being utilized? It's a bit scary for a parent that lives far away from their children to hear of things like this! I hope that management considers having the security cameras put in operation..not just for the safety and security of my children, BUT ALL THE TENANTS. The management office has been notified of both incidents. TPD (non emergency) was called regarding the window incident. The management DID have the window repaired in a reasonable time frame.

Staying at Villa Capri has been a great experience. No complaints, very spacious, and fast WiFi. Location is very close to campus. All of the workers were very respectful. You won’t regret

Been living here a couple years now. After a change in the maintenance team, I can no longer recommend this complex or STU in general. Problems now no longer get solved after repeated maintenance request, and the team is very inexperienced. They even tried to enter my apartment without notice or permission. Steer clear!!

I've been living since last September & only issue I have living here is my neighbors that live above & across from them,above me I can easily here foot step from any where in the room so very hollow ceilings/walls.and the family that live across from them are very very loud when there outside there room I can a whole conversation in my very living room while I'm playing video games or cooking I've been contemplating on calling the cops on them because they constantly bickering/door slams almost everyday or other any other day..other then that I love this place the office/maintenance crew are the most helpful
